浴槽がかなり残念でした。
Pros:

ぱっと見は綺麗でした。

Cons:

浴槽が洗っていないのか、全体的にザラザラだったので、使い捨て身体用のタオルを泡立てて洗いました。洗ったあとはツルツルになったので、浴槽は洗ってないことがわかりました。

色々と便利！
Pros:

仕事で利用させていただきましたが、徒歩で行けるところにあったので便利でした。神保町駅をA7から出てすずらん通りを通ってホテルまで行きましたが、コンビニもダイソーもあり便利でした。ホテル自体もキレイで、快適に過ごすことができました。大きいベッドがいいですね。

Cons:

苦情とかではありませんが……　たまたま泊まった夜にスマホのアラームが鳴るレベルの大きな地震がありました。できれば地震があったときにすぐ「館内を確認中です。お待ちください」等の館内放送が欲しかったです。おそらく、地震後はスタッフの方々も様々な確認等がおありで大変だったのだと思います。ですが地震の後、２回ほどドアをノックされたので出ると、外国人のご家族がパニックになっていました。片言の英語で大丈夫だよと伝えましたが、ちょっと可哀そうでした。日本人は何となく大丈夫かそうでないかはわかると思います。ですが、外国の方はとても不安になると思います。二次災害にもなりかねませんので、すぐ放送を入れていただけるとありがたいです。（地震から30分後に安全確認完了のアナウンスがありました）
