Very disappointing.
Pros:

Close to airport. The room was clean.

Cons:

The room air conditioning was broken, and they could not assign me to another room because they were "sold out." The room temperature was 78-79 degrees.
The front desk check-in was understaffed. Check-in was thus very slow.
The shuttle service took 25 minutes to pick up.
The bed was uncomfortable.
I wouldn't stay here again.

The shuttle in both directions friendly and efficient. Reception staff exceptional. Very welcoming and warm.

Best thing about hotel is its close proximity to Logan Airport.
Pros:

Bed was comfortable, and breakfast was fine.

Cons:

The bathroom and shower are poorly designed. The shower curtain is on a curved rod that prevents the curtain from closing; as a result, lots of water on the floor. There is also no hook on which to hang a towel for easy access after a shower.
The clothes closet near the bed has a bizarre design; the hangars sit on a rod built for a tall person. The hotel would do well to remember that not everyone is 6 feet tall! I am short, and the hangars were difficult to reach.
I would not return to this hotel.
