Pros:

The hotel is a little 'tired' with paint and chips off some doors. the room was Ok but not as good as some Holiday Inn express hotels I have stayed in. One lift which was a little slow. Staff kind but a bit stretched. The bed was Ok but brilliant . Shower good and hot. We had evening meal there which was Ok and the breakfast was good. The was a lot of noise at the location at night time Wi-Fi goo connection but did not log in and had opt get special log in code from reception.

Cons:

Repair the paintwork in internal doors. Better carpet and bed. Staff not so stretched and a little weary

Good price but expected better comfort
Pros:

Space in the room

Cons:

Mattress was terrible - didn’t feel soft, felt broken
Had no life to it
Asked staff about it - they said all mattresses are the same no point changing room

Good location
Pros:

The hotel is very close to the city centre.

Cons:

The breakfast had obviously been sitting on the hot plate for a while.
The air conditioning didn't work in our room.

Cons:

Very small beds. Room was unclean and stained furniture. Bathroom was full of mould and dirt in the shower. Air con didn’t work. The rooms are in desperate need of a refurb.
