Pros:

This was an unexpectedly great hotel - lovely staff, very clean and with all the amenities you need. Great breakfast too! Highly recommend.

Pros:

Staff member named Lauren on reception was super welcoming, polite, friendly and very helpful.
Rooms nice with good facilities, also very clean.
Perfectly located bang in the city centre near restaurants and bars and surprisingly no noise pollution from said bars either with how close it was to them.

Pros:

Breakfast was very good, with plenty of choice, room was comfy and perfect for our needs. Helpful to have a lift with being on the 5th floor. Very good location for town centre. Parking was perfect at the shopping centre £6.20 on the app for 24 hours of parking and only a minutes walk from hotel entrance.

Cons:

Little issue in trying to get into the room, had to return to reception twice before it got sorted but after that there was no further issues.

The hotel completely exceeded my expectations.
Pros:

The hotel was clean, the staff were friendly and extremely helpful. The manager went out of her way to help me. I would recommend anyone to stay there.
