Ich habe diese Unterkunft ganz spontan kurz vor Anreise gebucht und wurde sehr freundlich empfangen, alle Mitarbeiter:innen waren sehr hilfsbereit und gastfreundlich.
Als alleinreisende Frau fühle ich mich in Städten in oberen Stockwerken immer etwas wohler, daher bat ich um ein entsprechendes Zimmer, diese Anfrage wurde zuvorkommend ermöglicht. Positiv ist mir auch aufgefallen, dass der Aufzug nur mit Zugangskarte funktioniert.
Das Zimmer war sehr großzügig und geschmackvoll modern eingerichtet. Das Bett war super bequem und das Badezimmer komfortabel.
Die tägliche Reinigung sehr gründlich, hatte man einen Tee getrunken wurde direkt die Teesorte wieder aufgefüllt, sehr aufmerksam. Selten habe ich in einem Städtehotel so einen guten Service erlebt :)
Es gab Bademäntel für die Sauna, die sich ebenfalls im Haus befindet.
Die Lage ist perfekt, sehr gute Anbindung und schöne Nachbarschaft.
Am Abreisetag konnte ich mein Gepäck problemlos einige Stunden im Hotel aufbewahren. Ich würde jederzeit wiederkommen!
Das Fenster konnte nicht vollständig geöffnet werden sondern nur einen kleinen Spalt. Kein großes Problem, aber richtig durchlüften kann man damit nicht :) Ich mag auch die Lage an einer belebten Straße, wer allerdings Ruhe sucht wird die Straßenbahn vor dem Haus nicht optimal finden.
Das Personal beim Check-in war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Uns wurde die Wahl zwischen einem Zimmer zur Straßenseite oder zum Innenhof angeboten. Obwohl der Innenhof nicht besonders attraktiv ist, bot er die willkommene Möglichkeit, nachts bei geöffnetem Fenster zu schlafen. Die Lage des Hotels ist ideal, da alle Sehenswürdigkeiten fußläufig erreichbar sind. Gegenüber dem Hotel befinden sich zudem einige gute Restaurants. Insgesamt waren wir sehr zufrieden und würden das Hotel erneut buchen.
Das Frühstück war ausgezeichnet. Das Personal war etwas unterbesetzt. Das führte zu Wartezeiten auf den Kaffee und die Extrabestellungen, was jedoch für uns im Urlaub kein Problem darstellte. Hier besteht noch Verbesserungspotenzial. Die WLAN-Geschwindigkeit war sehr langsam.
I enjoyed my stay in the hotel. Very good location, walking distance to the Market Square and the main attractions. Comfortable room, kind staff, very nice sauna. The breakfast was fresh and delicious. I am sure that I will choose this hotel again.

The breakfast service was unfortunately poorly organized and very inconvenient!
When entering the breakfast area, guests are asked to order their hot drink. Unfortunately, my drink was forgotten and only arrived after 25 minutes. On another occasion, I received the wrong drink, and when I pointed it out, the staff seemed annoyed and surprised, even though I had ordered something different at the entrance.
Another major issue was the ordering process. While most other guests were asked immediately if they would like to order from the menu, I was not asked at all (!) on two occasions, and on another day only after 25 minutes. It seemed that the staff had no clear overview of which guests had just arrived.
Unfortunately, this made me feel like a second-class hotel guest.
