Pros:

It's very central, simple but the value for money is 100%. I had a room with a balcony and a few windows. It was quiet in spite of the downtown area. I appreciated that the elevator was there, also you can refill your water bottle in the reception area. I would definitely stay there again.

Cons:

I could use a plate and cutlery there which were missing. The address is not updated on the app. We found the hotel only after the taxi driver called them.

Kind and Helpful Staff Made the Stay Great
Pros:

I was very impressed by the hotel staff, who were incredibly kind and helpful throughout my stay. When I mentioned an issue with noise from other guests, one staff member kindly arranged a room change for me. Another staff member helped communicate with the shuttle driver and made sure I was able to catch my pick-up on time. The room itself was airy and spacious, and the balcony offered a lovely view. I would be more than happy to stay here again the next time I visit Nha Trang.

The bed was a bit uncomfortable.
