I sustained an injury due to hitting my forehead on a very low balcony (while trying to avoid an abnormally large puddle in the main internal path after a freak storm). I am not exceptionally tall and a tall person would probably have broken their nose! The hotel should have put blockages such as plant pots at ground level under the balcony to prevent this kind of accident, as such a low balcony is not what anyone would expect. Their response to my accident report suggested that they had not visited the location, as it indicated the situation had been misunderstood (despite photos being sent) and gave me no confidence that the problem would be rectified before the next season.
The shared pool, although generally an excellent feature, could benefit from some attention to the stability of the entry ladders. (Although it was not very difficult to jump in and haul myself out without using ladders, this might indeed be difficult for some people.) The time limits on usage of the pool seemed unnecessarily limiting: the evening deadline was long before sunset even in April when I visited.

very little things to do at night, i get they have mainly elderly people as guests, however it would be nice offering some services like music at the bar every night, or maybe traditional greek dancers that would provide a new experience and good memories to guests

Il condizionatore nella camera 439 andrebbe riparato o sostituito. Purtroppo non raffreddava abbastanza. Non ho gradito la circolazione di gatti randagi nel ristorante.

Hotel znajduje się blisko linii nalotów samolotów więc są słyszalne. Niektórym może przeszkadzać. Przy zamkniętych oknach nie słychać. W 2027 ma być uruchomione nowe lotnisko więc i ten problem zniknie.

A big plus would be to have kids playground somewhere at the hotel. We’ve missed this an we think it would be a nice addition to the existing facilities.

Abbiamo pagato un supplemento per portarci le racchette da tennis, pagato una struttura di oltre il 20% in più per aver la possibilità di giocare a tennis e il campo era veramente impraticabile, forse va bene per qualche bambina che iniza a giocare ora, ma non per due adulti che giocano da anni. Il campo aveva dei solchi che lo rendevano impraticabile. Veramente deluso da questa parte, Credo che non dovrebbero metterlo nelle attività proposte (oltretutto a pagamento) se poi non c'è manutenzione.

A bit too far from city center - might be too hot to walk during the summer season, but still very nice walk after dinner

Нас було 12 чоловік і нам, нажаль, не змогли надати один стіл на нашу родину.
Але нас посадили поряд (2 столи по 6 чоловік), дякую.
Беріть з собою засоби від комарів, бо їх було багато.
Слабо працював кондиціонер)
На басейні завжди був тихий час у молоді віком 70+, тобто трохи пошуміти можно було лише на пляжі)

Hotelli pakutavate teenuste nimekirjas oli ka hamam, kuid sel hetkel see ei töötanud.

Το τηλέφωνο της μπανιέρας δεν λειτουργούσε και το δωμάτιο χρήζει ανακαίνισης! Δεν υπήρχε ούτε ένα νερό στο ψυγείο και ενώ υπήρχε βραστήρας και κούπες του καφέ δεν υπήρχαν ούτε φακελάκια του καφέ!
