Vraiment n’hésitez pas, nous voyageons énormément et ce genre d’hôtel fait la différence quand on traverse tout un pays
Pros:

EXCEPTIONNEL. Le personnel (le directeur ainsi que sa femme et leur chien) sont tout juste adorable et aux petits soins avec leurs clients. La partie spa a été préparée à la demande ce qui a permis d’en bénéficier de façon intimiste, la chambre est dog friendly (panier, gamelle, immense terrasse panoramique). Que dire du petit déjeuner? La personne en charge (une dame) était d’une extrême gentillesse, en toute discrétion elle a veillé à ce que l’on ne manque de rien ce qui aurait été difficile tant le choix était grand ! Vraiment un grand merci à vous, on était déçu de rester si peu de temps

Pros:

Excellent facilities and location. Food was superb....

Cons:

The lady on the bar in the evenings was grumpy
I don't like the way that your tip at the end of your stay is not on your extras bill but on your whole accommodation bill. I have never come across this before

Pros:

An exceptional boutique hotel in the centre of Kaprun. We had a two-room apartment with a spacious terrace with a table and chairs. Nespresso machine in the room. The owners are extremely kind and helpful and maintain the property in excellent condition. Perfect breakfast in the cosy lobby. Ski room with boot dryers, directly accessible from the underground garage. And last but not least - dog friendly. We found a dog mat in the room that we had forgotten to pack.
