Not good value for the money
Pros:

Cons:

The food was mediocre, I had to pay $1500 deposit which they said they’d return on checkout. They didn’t return it on checkout and they wouldn’t give me a checkout statement showing the balance owing me either.
Three of the four showers in the men’s pool changing room was out of bath gel. Bottom line the hotel room is not well managed to a high standard

Pros:

Die Lage war in Ordnung, aber so unglaublisch schmutzig.

Cons:

In jeder Ecke Haare und Schmutz, der Föhn seit Jahren nicht geputzt, alles glänzt von Weitem aber richtig schmutzig, haben versucht, so wenig wie möglich anzugreifen.

Pros:

Shangri-la is Shangri-la, it has everything a standard "Shangri-la" has. Room is comfortable and spacious, nice lake view, in general the room is very nice.

Cons:

Wifi is very weak. Hotel is not able to accommodate our 2 rooms close to each other, not even on the same floor,
