Mooi hotel met vriendelijk personeel. Fietsen mochten we in rustig deel van hotel parkeren.

Location was perfect, just a step out into the bustle of Sligo towns shops, pubs and restaurants, not forgetting the beautiful river Garavogue.

It was clean and comfortable. Girl at reception could be a bit more friendly.
We were not told about the extra charge for car park it is in the hotel E12 per night so hidden cost dont agree should be in the email when you are booking

Great location, new renovated rooms so everything was very clean and new. The breakfast was a great spread and the spa was beautifully done.
The only thing I can think of is that the bed was comfortable. If only we could have slept!!
A very disappointing experience. First of all, on arrival we were told there were no spaces left in the car park even though we could clearly see there were at least 3 spaces. There was no parking at the front door when we tried to get our luggage dropped off. When we complained about this, we were then told there was a car parking space??. The noise levels throughout the night from revellers outside the hotel meant we got no sleep. Even though we were on level 4, the noise was unbearable!!. The breakfast was served in the bar which was quite dark. The coffee machine wasn't working. There was only one person working in the breakfast room so it wasn't easy for her dealing with all the issues.
Overall the most disappointing hotel stay we have ever had. Will never stay here again and definitely would not recommend it to anyone either. Very expensive stay for such a miserable experience!!!
Located very close to all shops and the reception staff were very friendly
The staff member in the bar/restaurant was the most unfriendly person I’ve met the food was very overpriced for what you received and my wife sent her food back because it was lukewarm the waiter never came near us to ask was everything ok and even when I paid he didn’t even apologise for the food been lukewarm
The hotel is in a great location in Sligo, and even though we were late arriving to the hotel, we were warmly greeted. The restaurant was soon to be closing but we were accommodated with a few choices for dinner for which we were very grateful. The room was very comfortable, spacious and very clean. We throughly enjoyed the breakfast, the overnight oat pots are worth a mention.

Location is good
Hotel condition wasn't to a good standard apart from the lobby. The finishings in the lift, hallways and rooms are poorly maintained and need attention.
Trays from breakfast left lying in corridor the following evening.
