Cons:

O local é no centro de São Paulo e isso é ótimo, mas tem muito morador de rua e usuário de drogas (infelizmente) nas ruas próximas, mesmo assim achei o hotel muito seguro. Tem policiamento!

Cons:

A única coisa que não gostei, foi o fato de que a tv da minha acomodação não tinha YouTube nem Netflix! De resto, nada a reclamar.

Great Staff, Decent Room, But Poor Location
Pros:

The staff were amazing. The reception guys were very helpful and did an amazing job welcoming and assisting the guests. I also appreciated that, at least during the time we were there, there was a security officer in front of the hotel. It made us feel more secure.

Cons:

The room was good enough for the money, but I don’t understand why they bother having a TV if there are only about four news channels available, and they aren’t even smart TVs.

The breakfast was lackluster, to be honest. There was no variety at all. We preferred eating outside for the entire time we were there.

The location was a big problem for us. The part of São Paulo where this hotel is located is very dirty and neglected. There is absolutely nothing to see, and I would not recommend walking around the area.

Overall, this hotel is good enough for the money if you are using it as a hub to get to other places immediately by taxi or Uber.
