Pros:

Helpful and kind staff; cleanness; quiet and cozy neighborhood.

Cons:

The bathroom needs to be repaired: the shower was hanging by a piece of wire and the sink drain was broken. Besides, the room door closes by itself and I got lock outside the room once; hopefully, the staff came quick to help me out.
