La posizione è perfetta per le mie esigenze e a dieci minuti a piedi da Stazione Brignole e a venti dal centro(Via XX settembre e la zona piazza de Ferrari)Il quartiere tranquillo è più che dignitoso. La camera pulita e il letto comodo.

un hotel essenziale ma abbastanza confortevole
Pros:

ottima posizione, almeno per le mie esigenze, ma comunque a pochi minuti a piedi da FS Brignole.
Ben organizzato con chiavi e pass code per essere autonomi nel rientro a qualunque ora.
Arredi interni e dotazioni sono molto essenziali ma comunque sufficienti e la pulizia adeguata.
Grande doccia con acqua calda a volontà.
Prezzo molto buono per la città e la zona.

Cons:

Le stanze non sono ampie, la mia doppia uso singola è andata bene, ma per due sarebbe stata un po' piccola.
Nel bagno manca il bidet e non c'è neppure la "doccetta" sul water, anche se c'erano i relativi attacchi.
