À notre avis, cet hébergement est donc davantage adapté aux courts séjours.
Pros:

Nous avons particulièrement apprécié la proximité du Ventoux, idéale pour les balades et les activités. L’espace couchage est confortable et la climatisation est un vrai plus, surtout en période de chaleur. Nous avons également apprécié la réactivité du personnel. Lorsque nous leur avons signalé les problèmes rencontrés (la terrasse abîmée et la porte qui ne fermait pas correctement….) ils sont intervenus dès le lendemain pour effectuer les réparations. En plus de cela, ils nous ont laissé une petite attention, un geste que nous avons beaucoup apprécié et qui témoigne de leur volonté de satisfaire leurs clients.

Cons:

Les points qui nous ont moins plu concernent principalement le manque de propreté du logement. C’est dommage, car un hébergement peut être un peu vétuste tout en étant parfaitement propre. Nous avons également trouvé que les logements manquaient un peu d’intimité. Pour un court séjour, cela reste tout à fait acceptable, mais pour des vacances de plusieurs jours, cela peut être un peu plus contraignant.

Cons:

Un logement sale, avec toiles d'araignées où j'ai dû aspirer les coins et angles ses murs en demandant un aspirateur car celui du logement était tout aussi déguelasse et pas du tout nettoyé en dessous.
, contours de fenêtres, grilles d'aérations sales , poussière sous les lits, SDB sales, obligé de laver et frotter à la javel pour enlever les dépôts marron sur les joints, les dépôts dans les sanitaires...brosse à wc avec les restes des locataires d'avant. Frigo qui congel, lave vaisselle bouché, comme l'un des lavabos. Nous avons demandé une intervention pendant le séjour et l'équipe est venue faire les petits travaux. Nous sommes partis avec des sanitaires plus proches qu'à notre arrivée mais avons laissé le sol sans passer l'aspirateur le dernier jour car nous allions l'emprunter à chaque fois à l'accueil.
Je conseille au manager de vraiment vérifier les ménages fait dans les logements comme le font les hôtels ( appart-hotel garden city) car cela est bien dommage de descendre en note pour ce point essentiel.

Eigentlich eine schöne Anlage wenn sie mal renoviert und gepflegt werden würde

Anlage direkt in der fußläufiger Nähe von Malaucène und guter Ausgangspunkt zum Mont Ventoux
Unsere Ferienwohnung war einfach aber groß und sauber. Personal an der Rezeption ist sehr nett
Frühstück war O.K.

Cons:

Könnte eine richtig tolle Ferienwohnungsanlage sein wenn die Besitzer die Anlage mal renovieren würden
Hier hat sich einiges angestaut. Der Wildwuchs im Gartenbereich ist auch nicht wirklich schön
Für ein bis drei Tage völlig O.K. nur einen ein oder zweiwöchigen Urlaub möchte ich hier aktuell nicht verbringen
Dafür stimmt aber das Preis / Leistungsverhältnis

Hôtel idéal pour loger des groupes; départ parfait pour le Ventoux
Pros:

Lotissement hôtelier, idéal pour loger un groupe dans la région. Le confort est vraiment basique mais adapté pour ce type d’établissement. La piscine, sauna et hammam sont très agréables et était propre. Le parking souterrain est appréciable, surtout en période de canicule. Idéal pour les cyclistes.

A acomodação é bem agradável, estava tudo perfeito .

Só uma observação: as toalhas de banho que estavam no alojamento eram todas de rosto ( são pequenas para banho)
