We had a lovely stay and would happily return. The hotel was amazing, well maintained, and had a relaxed atmosphere. The staff were friendly and welcoming throughout, and a special mention goes to Danielle, the manager, who was approachable and made sure everything ran smoothly. Their attention to detail and genuine care for the guests really made a pleasant stay. The Casitas were lovely

I'd also like to mention Ricky, the pool bartender. Ricky made the best screwdriver with grenadine, and their friendly service made spending time by the pool even more enjoyable.

From the time I walked in and greeted so beautifully by Alessandra until the time I left I had a great experience. She was exceptionally accommodating and really can tell she enjoys her job and making people feel comfortable. The property is unique and beautiful and my casita is amazing. I will definitely be back. My only complaint is parking valet is $32 or park behind the hotel in free spots that aren’t red at your own risk. I have been parking at my own risk and so far so good.

I absolutely love Triada! Alessandia went above and beyond with services. I felt like it was my home away from home. The hotel is clean, comfortable, and the friendliest staff! I would absolutely book again!

The entire staff was wonderful. Ms. B and Juan at breakfast went out of their way to start our day with a smile, a delicious breakfast and always made sure we left full and happy! What a great summer getaway! Thanks everyone at Triada!

Accolades belong to a certain set of members in the hospitality industry that strive relentlessly to create the most of an experience for each their guests. Unique properties such as the Triada are a perfect example of a full complement of staff that are emphatically dedicated to creating the best visit for each and every guest, regardless of status.

A heartily shout out to Danielle, who is a pinnacle of hospitality. From the thoughtfulness and care she provides for guest and her team, alike, from reception to inquiries, her dedication to appeasing a guest is incredible and thoughtful, abundant with caring you hadn’t expected, but definitely appreciate so much.

As guests, we all have unique experiences that sometimes may reflect certain emotions that overshadow the hospitality and care provided by those at these wonderful properties. It’s nice to see that despite certain challenges that arise, those working these properties work hard to make the best for these guest, despite whatever is thrown their way.

As a repeat guest over multiple stays over the years, I can genuinely say this property an every one of their staff are excellent and committed to making your visit the most enjoyable stay at such a cool property.

My family and I booked 6-8 rooms at the Triada Palm Springs this past weekend to celebrate my mom's birthday. While the resort itself is cozy and the general staff was absolutely wonderful and kind, our entire trip was ruined by an employee named Dannielle, who was incredibly rude, condescending, and unprofessional.

On our second day, Dannielle came to the pool area and threatened to kick us out, shut the pool down, and call the police, claiming we were "taking over" the pool and leaving a mess. We had about 12 kids under 13 with us, so while there was normal pool noise, we constantly monitored them. Furthermore, we were incredibly mindful of our trash—the night before, a staff member actually stopped us to thank us because they were so surprised by how clean we left the area.

When we asked to speak to a manager because of the aggressive tone Dannielle was using, she defensively claimed she was the "only manager" there. We later found out that the General Manager is actually Gonzalo Rodriguez.

To have an employee lie about her position, refuse to let us speak to management, and jump straight to threatening paying guests with the police is completely unacceptable. It made us feel incredibly uncomfortable and unwelcome for the rest of our stay. Beware of booking here if you have a family; the frontline staff is great, but Dannielle’s behavior was shocking.

We had a great and peaceful time. Ms.B was so attentive with us . She was nice and was constantly checking in on us and making sure we were having a great time

Totally enjoyed our stay even though it was short. Ms B was the BEST. She was so sweet to my 6 YO granddaughter and just a joy to be around

Came here for a girls family trip. It was pretty empty since it is their slow time of year, but that made it even better. We had the pool to ourselves, but we were lucky to have the best host/bartender, Ms. B! She was super friendly and helpful. She made our stay even better. Hotel is clean and the grounds are beautiful. Planning on visiting again soon

Nice looking hotel, and very affordable during the summer. The service was also excellent, especially the valet service which is who I had the most interactions with. Christopher and another gentleman who's name I forgot were awesome and very professional. They also have venmos set up so you can show anyone your appreciation for there there dedicated service. Overall, it was I had a nice experience and I would definitely try to go back.

The staff are excellent as always. Very kind, professional, and caring. Standouts are Ricky, Ms. B, and Denise. Can’t wait to stay again!

The staff is always accommodating as usual. Ricky is very attentive making sure we are happy with our drinks and food and asking if we need anything. He makes us laugh and provides good customer service. Ms B. And Denise took very good care of us. We will definitely return soon.
