Room is like sauna (literally)

Location was nice. Staff

Cons:

It was super hot like 27-29 C for most of the time from 9-11 PM and I got top floor. The doors are super noisy and you hear in the night once people come back.

Ask for lower floor or switch hotel!

Will definitely visit again
Pros:

Perfect location within walking distance to a many of London's main attractions, Chelsea, Westfield shopping centre and other amenities. Hotel staff were super helpful.

Cons:

Good value for its cost.
Pros:

1.Personnel, they are always there to help which is great.
2.general cleanliness at the room.
3.location to the bus station and metro stations ( 15 min for a metro station).+multiple groceries.
4.good ratio cost/value.
5.Good variety of options for breakfast.

Cons:

Poor soundproof , very strange smell which comes around from 7:30 am till 8:00 am as well as constant bump somewhere from the upper floor at the same time. What was that, I don’t know.
There is no elevator.

Convenient for Olympia, Kensington, Shepherds Bush area etc. All walking distance.
Pros:

Compact but well equipped bathroom, tea/coffee, comfortable bed .Good value breakfast. Pleasant & helpful staff. Close to transport, shoos, cafes etc.

Cons:

Stayed in middle of heatwave - rooms very hot, need fans!

Exceptional value, comfortable stay with attentive staff!
Pros:

Excellent value for money. All staff were extremely friendly and efficient.The location was great with 3 tube stations and buses easily accessible and plenty of restaurants to choose from. Tesco store close by.
The twin beds were comfortable and the room immaculate. The small but perfectly formed bathroom looked newly renovated, with a walk in shower.
What appears to be a recently renovated breakfast room was large and bright. The breakfast had a wide range of produce available, much more than we had expected.

Cons:

This property is not for anyone with mobility issues, unless you talk to the reception before booking. There are a lot of stairs and I mean a lot. No lift!
We don’t have mobility issues which was lucky as our room was an attic room with 4 steep flights of stairs to the room and an extra flight down to the basement breakfast room.
Bring earplugs! I assume it’s the same wherever you stay in London, if the weather is warm or you just like to sleep with an open window emergency services are loud!

Cheap for the two nights, but this shouldn’t mean dirty.
Pros:

It was close to where we wanted to be

Cons:

The window didn’t open
The noise from other guests quite late on was a little more than acceptable
The place was a bit dirty including dirty toilet water in the bottom of the toilet brush holder, dirty shower basin and dirty cups

Do Not Disturb sign is missing and I had a cleaner entry while sleeping and of course she/he went out straight after saw me in bed (of course I woke up 😅).

Posizione ottima,personale molto cordiale.

Cons:

In bagno nessun tappetino fuori dalla doccia, pavimento dunque tutto bagnato, nessun piano d'appoggio nemmeno per mettere i vestiti.Solo delle grucce.
