If the hotel works on the bathroom, this would be an outstanding hotel.
Pros:

Excellent location in downtown Rockville, close to Metro station and many restaurants.
Large room, breakfast was convenient and good value.

Cons:

Bathroom shower needs updating. Shower grout needs cleaning and tile is very slippery with no available non skid shower mat.
Hair dryer had little power and worked poorly.

Very nice place. Was very clean and staff was very nice.
Pros:

We didn't have breakfast there. Their hours are from 6 to 9am. We weren't ready at 9am .

Cons:

I think the place was great for the value.

Cons:

Arrived for our reservation only to be told the entire facility had no running water. No showers, no faucets, and no flushing toilets. But they would happily refund our booking and made arrangements with other local hotels for a discounted rate. The other hotels did not have the room type needed to accommodate our family. I don't understand why the hotel waited until we arrived at 6pm to check in to inform us that we could not stay there. Were the phones not working either? Internet? Email?
