La atención del señor que sirvió los desayunos y pedimos sábanas adicionales para una cama y nos dijeron que no habia. La pedimos pq habia una persona que tenia fiebre y se sentía muy mal.

Cons:

Las instalaciones son un poco viejas, la piscina en foto se ve totalmente diferente, no hay mucha variedad en el desayuno.

There were some staff who were very attentive and try to resolve the situation

Poor maintenance, roaches in the room, the lady from maintenance was very nice and she responded to the problem, the pool area was unkempt and not attractive the building is old, breakfast was the same everyday not much varieties, coul improved, the ratting should be 5 not 8.5..

Great Location and Amazing Team
Pros:

My stay in Barranquilla was genuinely elevated by the exceptional staff. Special shoutout to Daniella and Jose, who were consistently friendly, helpful, and always willing to go beyond the call of duty. I also had the pleasure of speaking with the owner, Rieanldo, whose story and passion for the hotel added a personal touch to the experience.The location is excellent everything you need is within walking distance, which made getting around incredibly easy.

Cons:

For me, the areas that could improve are the breakfast, the shower head being the only option, and the WiFi, which wasn’t always reliable. Aside from those points, I genuinely enjoyed my stay and would return on my next visit to Barranquilla.
