3 Betten gebucht, 2 erhalten
Cons:

Ich habe 2 Zimmer für gesamt 2 Erwachsene und 3 Kinder gebucht und bezahlt. Erhalten haben wir 2 Zimmer für 4 Personen. In dem gebuchten Zimmer wo 3 Personen hätten schlafen sollen, war nur das Doppelbett mit 2 Decken und Polster gerichtet. Die Schlafcouch war gar nicht gerichtet und es war im gesamten Zimmer keine weitere Decke oder Polster zu finden. Wir mussten uns zu dritt das Doppelbett mit zwei Decken und Polster teilen. Telefonisch war niemand zu erreichen bei euch. Finde das eine Frechheit. Ich habe schließlich auch nicht grad wenig dafür bezahlt, ein Zimmer für 3 Personen zu haben.
Desweiteren waren bei unserer Ankunft um 20Uhr alle Fenster geöffnet und es war sehr kalt im Zimmer, leider ging aber keine Heizung sodass es meinen Kindern extrem kalt war beim Schlafen.
Ich hab schon öfters bei euch gebucht aber der Service von der gestrigen Übernachtung bei euch war eine Katastrophe.
Ich hoffe von eurer Seite lasst ihr euch eine Entschädigung dafür einfallen, denn sonst war es für uns die letzte Buchung bei euch.

Bom mas pode melhorar a limpeza
Pros:

A instalação é ótima, cama confortável, chuveiro quente e com bastante água. Próximo ao transporte público

Cons:

Limpeza deixou muito a desejar. As superfícies estavam limpas porém o chão tinha um monte de cabelo e o guardanapo da pia estava sujo, muito provavelmente não trocaram da estadia anterior. Além disso, não há saco de lixo disponível e não tem serviço de limpeza, pra estadias mais longas fica complicado pois não há serviço e não há materiais pra que se faça a própria manutenção.

Mycket fint hotel och bo på allt var rent och fint.
Pros:

Allt mycket fint och fräscht.

Cons:

Check-in-systemet var kass. Ingen tillgänglig personal, kontaktuppgifter stämde inte mycket tid tog det att prata med dem. Fick vänta i 3 timmar så att jag kunde checka in.

Pros:

It is pleasant small place, close to the metro estation y great facilities. The TV actually has service and many channels, as opposed to other places.
Loved the comfy bed!

Cons:

The place was a too hot and it was not obvious how to reduce the heat. A little coffee machine or press would be perfect. And brush to clean the floor.

Es war für mich sehr schwierig mit dem Zugang und der Bezahlung am inneren Computer Kein Mensch konnte helfen
unmöglich! Die Telefon Nr die dort aushängt war für mich an allen 3 Tagen nicht erreichbar obwohl ich zu unterschiedlichen Zeiten versucht habe!!Nicht akzeptabel!!1! Der TV hatte nur 3sat und 1 Kinderprogramm. Hilfe um auf deutsche Sender umzustellen war nicht erreichbar!!! Ich hatte mit Frühstück gebucht. Mir wurde nicht mitgeteilt dass man zum Frtühstück ausser Haus muss!!Insgesamt für den Preis von €218 unakzeptabel und nie wieder

Wir kommen sicher nicht mehr in diese Unterkunft.
Pros:

Der Kaffeeautomat im Eingangsbereich.

Cons:

Die Möbel sind schon sehr abgenutzt. Der Boden total zerkratzt. Die Sauberkeit lässt zu wünschen übrig.
