Check-in takes place from 14:00 at the Fast & Easy self-check-in terminal in the entrance area. Please follow the instructions below. Please note that your credit card or debit card pin code is required for payment. Please note that cash payment is not possible.

Die Klimaanlage funktioniert nicht und es ist sehr heiß in der Wohnung. Ein Ventilator in jedem Zimmer wäre toll, ansonsten ist alles in Ordnung.

While it was my own mistake as the first time tourist in Europe to mistaken Venice and Vienna to book the places of stay for the same days in both cities, I have messaged this property a number of times on 17 June about applying for update of dates from 15 to 17 June to 17 to 19 June 2026. Given the fact that I have even pay more for staying 2 nights (15 to 17 June more expensive than 17 to 19 June), I was not helped at all.
1. The help messages sent on Booking.com on 17 June were never replied to.
2. The property did not even have a WhatsApp to enable tourists like me who used eSIMs to reach out for help. Other apartments like this have hosts who reached out much earlier on WhatsApp with great attitude to help.
3. After asking 2 kind-hearted pedestrians for their phone to call, the property phone number could not be reached to until the local people in Vienna using the Austrian phone number to add +43 country code (usually should not be the case).
4. The email I sent as a desperate last resort before being able to find someone on the street to borrow a phone to call was never replied to.
5. Upon finally being able to reach the property staff and asking for help by asking the property staff to come to the property to enable check-in, the property staff relentlessly tried to divert the topics to avoid coming on-site to help. This is totally unacceptable for a desperate tourist who came to a new country and was of little help. How helpless and hopeless a girl would be when facing a situation like this.
6. Despite explaining a few times on phone about the mistaken dates, telling the staff that I had messaged the property on Booking.com for a number of times for help on 17 June, the staff pretended not to understand just to earn free money out of me for hosting nothing. This is terrible.
7. Even worse, while Google and Booking.
It was alright. It was clean and comfortable.
Well, the check-in mess, the stove didn't work, there was no broom (the housekeeper asked to clean for the first time on day 12/15).

Nisem mogel vstopiti v sobo, osebje sem 2 uri čakal, da so prišli odpraviti težavo, da sem lahko vstopil v sobo. Ni bilo tople vode, samo mrzla, neudobna postelja. 1 noč bi morala biti vredna pol tega denarja.

Der Check-in war ab 14:00 Uhr vorgesehen, und wir waren pünktlich um 14:00 Uhr vor Ort. Leider funktionierte der Automat zum Einchecken nicht, sodass wir eine Stunde warten mussten, bis schließlich jemand kam und das Problem behob. Grundsätzlich habe ich Verständnis dafür, dass technische Probleme jederzeit auftreten können.
Was ich jedoch als sehr unangenehm empfunden habe, war der Umgang mit uns am Telefon. Als wir die angegebene Nummer kontaktierten, um auf das Problem hinzuweisen, wurde mehrfach unfreundlich mit uns gesprochen, teilweise wurde einfach aufgelegt. Uns wurde wiederholt gesagt, dass innerhalb von zwei Minuten jemand kommen würde, tatsächlich mussten wir jedoch fast eine Stunde warten.
Ebenso irritierend war, dass am Abreisetag bereits um 10:50 Uhr – also zehn Minuten vor der offiziellen Check-out-Zeit – die Reinigungskraft ohne vorheriges Klopfen oder Ankündigung die Tür zu unserem Zimmer öffnete, obwohl wir die Unterkunft noch rechtmäßig nutzen durften

За неделю проживания не поменяли ни разу полотенца. В отеле нет никого к кому можно обратиться с данным вопросом. Стиральных машин постирать белье также нет. Но самое главное- они придумали правило, что выезд до 11 утра ( хорошо что не в 7). Мы уехали в город и опоздали. Так вот у них нет НИ ОДНОГО ЧЕЛОВЕКА кто бы находился в отеле и мог помочь вам с любым вопросом. Никто не отвечает по номеру телефона указаннному в резервации и на сайте. Так вот, мы по случайности смогли попать в номер в 6 вечера ( на рецепции сломалась система заселения и там скопилось большое колличество заезжающих которые кричали и нервничали. И только благодаря этому появился какойто мужчина который дал нам одноразовый ключ. Наших вещей в номере не оказалось. Данное лицо не смогло ответить где вещи и кто может помочь с этим вопросом. Я написал письмо на емэйл указанный на сайте но не получил ответа. В результате нам рекомендовали прийти на следующее утро в 10 утра и искать уборщиц. По этой причине мы были вынуждены снять на ночь номер в другом месте и только на следущий день получили свои вещи назад. Я вам настоятельно не рекомендую пользоватся таким местом, называющим себя отелем или еще как, которых совершенно не интересует ваша судьба!!

Air-conditioning didnt work, couldn't sleep. Have to open two doors to cool room down
Literally the room opposite the courtyard, and on staircase could see straight to my bed and shower with no blind. NOT PRIVATE
Every time neighbour opened /closed their door it was extremely loud and shook the room
People outside talking until late hours
Pans were not clean
Kettle but no coffee/tea/sugar sachets etc.
No towel hooks in bathroom
If you're going to have a silly coloured light along top of shower glass at least make sure you clean the glass, can see everything.
A pubic hair found on bed.
I know a fellow guest had a broken sofa bed and could not reach any staff on phone or email to fix it, and he took 2 hours to sort check in.
My phone (i offered to help) would not get through to phone number for contact, so I could not resolve the problems mentioned above.
I did email the people but got a 1 second suspected spam Vienna phone call before being hung up on door after I emailed.
The TV Internet did not work so no netflix or anything, but I managed to screen mirror to my phone.
The previous person clearly looked at porn on the Internet app on TV as when I scrolled across on TV guide their websites last looked at popped up. Half the light switches dud not work. One was just glued onto glass and no wires??
Inadequate, dirty, not private and couldn't sleep, couldn't contact anyone.
Avoid this place.

При вьезде не работал терминал рецепшина для окончательного оформления брони : невозможно ничего сделать, номер бронирования находит, но на экране сообщение - ожидайте...
Нельзя оплатить, нельзя получить ключи от номера.
Телефоны для связи на бумажке есть,
Но местного оператора, которого у меня в телефоне нету..
Помогли дозвониться в букинг и сказать о проблеме с терминалом такие же люди у кого был местный телефонный оператор и они знали английский.
Сделайте возможность связи со службой поддержки по :
WhatsApp и Telegram
И чтобы это можно сделать как с самого терминала так и с таблички на бумаге возле терминала !!!!
Больше никогда не поеду в смарт отели где нету живого человека для оформления - любой программный сбой превращается в стресс и ожидание чуда !!!
Можно так же на время когда идёт заезд - чтобы возле терминала находился представитель отеля для помощи если терминал не работает,
Если так будет, я бы еще раз у вас остановился..

can't check in, no one pick up the phone

Unfortunately, my stay was very disappointing due to a serious check-in issue.
On the first night, there was a problem with the check-in system and I was unable to receive my room key. After contacting the staff, I was told that they could not handle the issue and asked me to call again the next morning. As a result, I had to spend the night in the drink/common area instead of my room.
The next morning, I called repeatedly from 9:00 AM until noon, but no one answered. In the end, I waited until 7:00 PM the following evening before someone finally came to resolve the issue.
The lack of support, communication, and timely assistance made the experience extremely frustrating. I hope the property improves its emergency response and customer service process to prevent other guests from experiencing the same situation.
Die Unterkunft hat keine Rezeption, sondern nur einen elektronischen Self-Check-In Terminal. Leider gab er keine Zimmerkarte heraus, nachdem ich meine Daten eingegeben hatte, sondern schaltete sich ab und funktionierte von an nicht mehr. Unter der auf auf dem Terminal angegeben Nummer war niemand zu erreichen. Über die Kommunikationsfunktion in der booking App ebenfalls nicht. Im Vorraum vor dem Terminal warteten weitere fünf oder sechs Personen, die ihr Zimmer aus dem gleichen Grund nicht beziehen konnten.
Nach einer Stunde in der Warteschleife konnte ich einen Mitarbeiter von booking.com erreichen. Dieser versuchte vergeblich die Unterkunft zu erreichen und sagte mir ich müsse weitere 45 Minuten warten. Bis dahin melde sich entweder die Unterkunft mit einer Lösung bei mir oder ich würde alternative Unterkünfte angeboten bekommen.
Tatsächlich erhielt ich nach besagten 45 Minuten die Stornierung meiner Buchung mit dem sagenhaften Angebot, dass booking bis zu 5 (in Worten: fünf!) Euro der Mehrkosten für eine andere Unterkunft übernimmt. Meine alternative Unterkunft war knapp doppelt so teuer. Auf meine Aufforderung den bereits bezahlten Zimmerpreis und die durch die Stornierung entstanden Mehrkosten zu erstatten erhielt ich von der Unterkunft am nächsten Tag über die booking App die lapidare Antwort, ich sei eingecheckt und alles sei in bester Ordnung. Danach verweigerte die Unterkunft jegliche weitere Kommunikation. Der Zimmerpreis wurde bis heute nicht erstattet.

The fact that you could not check in no one answered a phone call or several texts even after informing them we had to autistic children with us and nowhere to go.
Was contacted at 1230pm on the 6thjune day after we should of booked in, to say they where doing best to get technical issue fixed … there needs to be someone available to speak to .. or turnup to let people in apartments if there is a technical issue
