El check in es tedioso, no hay personal para ayudar, la habitación tenía Tv pero no tenía control remoto.

Air conditioning didn’t work and window was broken. Had to sleep with door open to let air in meaning it was unsafe and smoke from smokers filled my room. No one at virtual reception ever answered or got back to me. I called 14 times and messaged booking.com. No one was any help. After two (of 11 booked) nights, I had to leave and go elsewhere.

Bei Problemen sie waren nicht erreichbar erst durch die Hotline von booking konnte das Problem gelöst werden .
Problemen sind halt da aber es gibt immer eine Lösung

Lo que menos me gustó fue la falta de limpieza,que de ventilación tuviese una miniventana y nada más,lo cual debe ser el infierno en verano (menos mal que los días que nos quedamos fuera hacía frio) y además o tenías encendidas todas las luces o ninguna,no se pueden encender individualmente..

Leider insgesamt eine große Enttäuschung. Das Apartment entspricht absolut nicht den Bildern.
In echt wirkt das Zimmer deutlich kleiner und allgemein viel weniger hochwertig als online dargestellt. Ehrlich gesagt kommt es mir auch nicht annähernd wie die angegebenen 25 m² vor, wodurch kaum Komfort vorhanden ist.

Besonders ärgerlich war die angebliche Klimaanlage: Es gibt zwar einen Regler an der Wand, aber von einer tatsächlichen Klimaanlage fehlt jede Spur. Quasi Schrödingers Klimaanlage, gleichzeitig vorhanden und nicht vorhanden. Und das Ganze in einem Dachboden-Apartment, das sich bei warmem Wetter extrem aufheizt. Ohne Klima wird das schnell sehr unangenehm.

Auch der Wasserkocher war leider in keinem guten Zustand und wirkte nicht besonders sauber, weshalb man ihn eigentlich gar nicht benutzen wollte.

Zusätzlich ist das Bett für zwei Personen viel zu klein. Für den Preis fühlt man sich hier leider von vorne bis hinten abgezogen. Das einzig wirklich Positive ist die Lage. Insgesamt total enttäuschend.“

Room was not ready twice

When I checked in online, I was told I was going to be sent a code that I would scan when it’s time for checkin. To keep checking my mail and spam. Up until past 3 pm I never received any mail. I sent them messages and no response. I ended up calling until I was told to use the confirmation code. I had to go back to the apartment as I had been hanging around the environment since I arrived very early.

Getting to the apartment there was no clear instructions as to how to open the door, I just saw a note saying use your key card or bank card (which I was skeptical because why should I insert my bank card) I had to call them again to understand the process and ended up inserting my bank card before the door opened.

In all, my check in process was frustrating due to no clear guidance, no response to messages and I checked in 2 hours late. No sms No reception as well.

In stead of asking people to expect a code they would scan, just send them a detailed email on how the check in process works this would avoid all the confusion. Not everyone has the sight to be reading all papers pasted around the building trying to figure out what to do or where to even drop their keys during check out.

Plug in sing was stuck. Sing alltime overfulled. When arrived there was no covers in chids bed. Personal didnt knew we are family, room was prepared only for 2 persons. Floor was not cleaned.
