Excellent service and comfortable room. Food in the cafe excellent. Curtesy bus was convenient and easy to use.

A minor issue is the lack of insulation to stop the noise in the corridors.

Overall is wonderful
Pros:

Paid breakfast so we don't need. Plenty of the best restaurants in Calgary. Very close to the airport. Easy access to downtown and shopping 🛍 . There is a casino next-doors

Nice place to sleep after your flight and before mountain adventure
Pros:

It's close to the airport and has a shuttle bus. Hotel itself is a walking distance from the car rental so we just rent a car in the morning and go explore Banff for a weekend. Very convenient and better deal.

Cons:

When we've arrived bar was already closed. Our plane was delayed so we couldn't enjoy a drink after the flight. To be honest it was after 2 am.

Comfy beds, great shower once we'd worked oit how it worked :-). Staff were really friendly and helpful at breakfast. Easy parking and a great sleep.
