Hotel am Bahndamm
Pros:

Die Unterkunft liegt scheinbar am Rande eines Industriegebietes, direkt an einer Bahnlinie.
Es sind ausreichend viele kostenlose Parkplätze vorhanden.
Der Check-in bzw. der Empfang des Zimmerschlüssels verlief reibungslos über die Versendung eines Schlüsselcodes per WhatsApp.
Das Zimmer und das Bad waren geräumig und sauber.

Cons:

Die Unterkunft ist sehr hellhörig. Die schallisolierenden Fenster konnten die vorbeifahrenden Güterzüge nicht ignorieren lassen. Die Züge fahren die ganze Nacht zum Hamburger Hafen.
Ein Fahrstuhl ist nicht vorhanden.
Das Preis/Leistungsverhältnis ist m.E. auch zum Hafengeburtstag nicht gerechtfertigt.

Cons:

Der Fußboden des Zimmer und das Bad waren schmutzig, das Bad roch muffig und das Zimmer nach altem abgestandenen Rauch (alle meine Kleider haben Geruch angenommen!)
Ein einziges voll grelles Licht, Lichtquelle nicht vom Bett aus erreichbar, Handtücher und Bettwäsche rochen, als ob feucht zusammengelegt, tote Fliegen im Bett.

Ok, aber nicht wieder.
Pros:

Der Check in ist leicht und gut kommuniziert mit dem Schließfach, aus dem man den Schlüssel holt.

Parken konnte man auf dem Gelände, wenn man ein Auto hat, is das eine gute Sache.

Für einen Konzertbesuch beim Inselpark ok. aber da gibt es sicher bessere Hoteloptionen.

Ich hatte das Zimmer 2 im OG:
Die Dusche hat einen unhygienischen Eindruck hinterlassen, der Duschkopf war sehr verkalkt und Wasser ist aus dem Drehmechanismus ausgetreten. Die Temperatur war gerade lauwarm, ist ok und nutzbar, aber keineswegs schön und ich würde nur eine grobe Waschung damit durchführen. Zudem hatte ich das Gefühl, man könnte durch das Fenster im Bad mich als Person sehen. Trotz der Folie, welche die Sicht wohl verschwimmen lassen soll, welche ca die untere Hälfte des Fensters bedeckt. Wenn man nicht direkt bei der Dusche steht, so ist der Blick von anderen Zimmern aus ungehindert in das Bad möglich. Ein No Go! Ich habe daher im halb dunklen geduscht.

Der gesamte Komplex ist sehr hellhörig. Ich konnte ab ca 6 Uhr morgens die schweren Türen knallen hören und auch etwas später das Gespräch im Nachbarzimmer, welche sich in normaler Zimmerlautstärke unterhalten haben.

Preis Leistung ist äußert unangebracht. Für einen zehner mehr kann man in ein sehr deutlich besseres Hotel, in dem man tatsächlich Ruhe findet.
