Located walking distance to duomo, excellent rooftop bar/restaurant, opposite a metro station. Very comfortable stay.

אין אוכל בגג אחרי 23:00 למרות שבקבלה אומרים שהגג פתוח עד 1 בלילה אז אם רעבים ניתן להשתמש בזה. לכן סמכנו על מה שאמרו לנו וכשעשינו סיבוב והכל נסגר מוקדם הרשינו לעצמנו לא לאכול כי ידענו שיש לנו אופציה בחלון שבסוף לא קרתה . הלכנו לישון רעבים וחבל שהמלון הציג את השירות הזה בצורה שגויה.

Everything - The location was perfect, the room was clean, great staff. We got an early check-in after a long flight. Really appreciated it. Fantastic rooftop restaurant.

Room was spotless, Breakfast we had a full range to choose from just a great variety, Location was excellent we were just far enough away from the Cathedral which was chaotic. Staff were excellent very friendly and professional in every way. The Roof Top Restaurant simply wonderful.
We could not fault the high level of service.
Nous avons passé un très bon séjour. L’hôtel est idéalement situé, à quelques minutes à pied du Duomo, ce qui permet de visiter Milan très facilement. La chambre était spacieuse, moderne, très propre et parfaitement équipée. Le petit-déjeuner était varié et de très bonne qualité.
Le personnel a été accueillant et professionnel.
Nous recommandons cet établissement sans hésiter et y reviendrons avec plaisir lors d’un prochain séjour à Milan. Merci

It is perfectly located within walking distance to the duomo and shopping area.

The beds and pillows were no very comfortable.
Excellent petit-déjeuner buffet, avec des fruits et des jus de fruits frais, ainsi que des gâteaux faits maisons et un choix multiple pour bien commencer la journée avant la visite de la ville.
La chambre avait un très grand lit, ainsi qu'un petit balcon qui donnait sur la rue principale, où transitent de nombreux trams.
Lors de notre séjour il faisait si chaud, que nous avons surtout apprécié la terrasse avec ses zones à l'abri du soleil, en haut de l'hôtel dans le restaurant principal, avec une vue magnifique sur la ville. Les menus sont excellents, avec un service très attentionné et une ambiance vraiment très agréable, à ne pas manquer lors de votre séjour.
La réservation des tables est possible seulement une semaine avant votre arrivée. A savoir, afin de vous garantir une belle place sur la terrasse, surtout durant la période estivale.
Vérifiez que la porte fenêtre sur le balcon ferme correctement, car cela avait engendré un peu plus de bruit venant de la rue principale lors de notre séjour.
O hotel fica bem próximo de lugares de interesse, fica no centro histórico. É possível conhecer tudo caminhando. O restaurante, no roof top, tem uma visão muito bonita de toda a cidade, a comida é boa mas o atendimento é priorizado na parte externa, quem optar pelo ambiente com ar refrigerado, vai ficar horas sem ser atendido.
Este hotel está classificado como 4 estrelas, mas... Estávamos viajando de carro, escolhemos este hotel porque dizia ter estacionamento, só que não falavam que o prédio ficava a duas quadras do hotel e que não tinha valet, ou seja, é o próprio hóspede que tem que guardar ou buscar o seu carro faça chuva ou faça sol. O hotel fica no centro, e em uma rua movimentada, quando o hospede chega, ou vai embora, não encontra lugar para parar o carro e descer, ou subir as malas, também não tem um valet para ajudar.
Sobre o quarto, é amplo e confortável, mas não tem armário ou gavetas, as roupas precisam ficar nas malas ou em um varão no meio do quarto. O banheiro é grande, bonito, moderno, só que não tem bancada, só uma pia, para colocar uma necessaire precisei levar uma mesa do quarto para dentro do banheiro.
Just how the staff cooperate
Very disappointing. The hotel is nothing like what was advertised and is definitely not worth the high price. The room was old and not very clean, the bathroom had a sewage smell, and the air conditioning barely worked despite reporting it several times.
The only positive was the friendly and helpful staff.
The location is also farther than expected and requires a lot of walking. I would not recommend this hotel, especially considering the price.
