Pobyt bardzo udany.
Pros:

Wygodny hotel i znakomicie zlokalizowany. Bardzo dobre śniadania. Świetnie działająca i cicha klimatyzacja. Estetyczne, nowoczesne wnętrza.

Cons:

Brak w pokoju otwieracza do butelek, choć woda była w kapslowanych butelkach. Brak szczotki do mycia toalety.

Cons:

One side of the bed was too soft and I was waking up with a sore neck and back.
I checked in 19/8 and checked out in 24/8. In 19/8 they charged me the 100€ guarantee fee and told me that it would be reimbursed in 25/8. However, the charge was not refunded until 5/9. Additionally, in 24/8, they charged me an additional amount of 100€ for no reason at all, and this amount has not been refunded up until 6/9. Even though I sent them several messages the last 7 days, they didn't bother to respond to any of my them. I am proceeding with an official complaint.

Séjour très agréable, de petites améliorations seraient bienvenues.

Le calme de l'hôtel, la gentillesse du personnel, la propreté, la localisation.

Cons:

Il manquait dans la chambre une bouilloire électrique permettant de se faire une boisson. L'éclairage de la salle de bains est faible et la douche avait tendance à déborder vers l'extérieur.
