Three stops from the Estadio Azteca on the light train, great staff except at the bar
Pros:

We liked the ease of catching the train light to go to and from the Estadio Azteca. The taxi desk was very helpful in getting us taxi's and helping with questions. The coffee in the little cafe was very good. The family of employees at the nail salon was great!

Cons:

All the rooms on all the floors face into an open center. There is a bar in the center on the first floor that plays loud music past midnight even on a Sunday night. Although we were on the fourth floor it felt like we were in the bar until 1 am. We called to ask if they could turn off the music and they did not. There weren't event many (if any) people in the bar.

Our first night there, there was a piano player playing a favorite song on the bar. The waitress asked us to leave unless we bought a drink. There was no one in the bar.

Pésimo servicio.

La cercanía con el estadio Azteca.

Cons:

Las instalaciones antiguas, se quedó en los 90's. No hay contactos eléctricos suficientes. No me hicieron el cuarto, esto fue lo peor.

Poloha blízko stadionu. Na recepci byli milý. Nic víc.

Cons:

Strašné. Hotel se rozpadá, vybavení je staré a ošklivé. Děravé ručníky, nefunkční teplá voda, všude vodní kámen. Špinavé prostěradlo, na peřině nějaké kusy špíny. Nefunkční wifi. Snídaně která byla zahrnuta, obsahovala čaj nebo kávu (v rozbitém hrnku) a sladkou buchtu, která byla navíc den po záruční době, žádný výběr, nebyl nárok na chleb či ovoce, ani vodu. Nabídli jen vajíčka, které nemohu. Žádná jiná alternativa. Smutné.

Buena ubicacion, mala atencion del personal.
Pros:

La ubicacion del hotel para ir al estadio caminando y evitar uso de transporte me pareció muy buena. la atencion del personal del restaurante tambien muy buena.

Cons:

La atencion del personal de recepcion, hubo un caso de una amenaza de unos delincuentes una llamada enrtrando al cuarto al telefono del cuarto, que no autorizamos llamadas y la atencion del personal fue muy mala. Y aunque no pasó a mayores esa llamada al telefono del cuarto nos dejó con mala sensacion. Adicional todo esta super viejo, los tomas electricos los apagadores malos, parece un hotel que fue muy bueno hace 40 años. Decepcionado.
