Incredible family stay
Pros:

Our family had an absolutely wonderful stay at Hotel Principe di Fitalia. From the moment we arrived, we felt genuinely welcomed and cared for.

The complimentary shuttle service to Ortigia was incredibly convenient and allowed us to enjoy the beautiful historic center without any stress. We also loved spending our days at the beach club, where the sea was crystal clear and the atmosphere was relaxing and perfect for families.

The food was exceptional throughout our stay. Every meal was fresh, delicious, and beautifully presented. A special thank you goes to Simona in the restaurant, whose kindness, professionalism, and warm smile made every breakfast and dinner even more enjoyable. She truly made us feel at home.

We also had a fantastic experience at the spa. Rosa was outstanding—welcoming, attentive, and highly professional. Thanks to her, our wellness experience was one of the highlights of the holiday.

The entire team made us feel like valued guests, and the hotel offers the perfect balance of luxury, relaxation, and authentic Sicilian hospitality.

We highly recommend Hotel Principe di Fitalia to anyone visiting Sicily, especially families looking for an unforgettable vacation. We can’t wait to return!

A beautiful, peaceful hotel with great staff, rooms, breakfast, pool and beach, plus an excellent free shuttle service,
Pros:

The hotel has amazing staff and a very peaceful atmosphere. The rooms are perfectly equipped, and the pool is great. It’s truly a perfect place to relax.

Can arrange airport transfer 150 euro and free shuttle to Siracusa and to the beach whenever you need it. The beach is beautiful and has everything you need, including a restaurant.

We really enjoyed our stay.

Cons:

breakfasts are excellent, with a great selection. The choice for dinner is a bit more limited, and the prices are quite high. Overall, the food and restaurant experience could be at a higher level.

However, a big advantage is the free and comfortable shuttle to sirscuse, which takes only about 15 minutes. This gives you an easy option to go out for dinner or explore the city. I consider the free shuttle service one of the big advantages of the hotel.

5* Stay. Perfect for a relaxing break
Pros:

From the moment we arrived, we had an amazing experience. The receptionist who welcomed us was so lovely and incredibly helpful. She went above and beyond by upgrading our room, which was such a thoughtful surprise and made our stay even more special.

The room itself was absolutely incredible. It was spotless when we arrived and, without a doubt, the cleanest hotel we've ever stayed in. Housekeeping did an outstanding job every single day, maintaining an exceptionally high standard of cleanliness throughout our stay.

The restaurant staff were equally fantastic. Everyone was so friendly, chatty, and genuinely kind, making every meal feel relaxed and enjoyable. The service was consistently excellent, and nothing ever seemed like too much trouble.

The pool was amazing, and on a couple of days we even had it all to ourselves, which made for such a peaceful and relaxing experience. The hotel's location is wonderfully quiet, making it the perfect place to unwind and escape from everyday life.

The spa facilities were incredible and exceeded all of our expectations. We both enjoyed a couple of massages during our stay, and they were absolutely fantastic. The massage therapists were professional, welcoming, and made us feel completely comfortable from start to finish. They couldn't have been more accommodating and really helped us relax.

Overall, we honestly couldn't fault a single thing. Every member of staff was warm, attentive, and genuinely cared about making our stay memorable. The hotel exceeded our expectations in every way, and we left feeling completely refreshed. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful, luxurious getaway, and we can't wait to come back!

A very relaxed and enjoyable stay in this excellent hotel.
Pros:

An immaculately kept hotel with beautiful garden and lovely pool. Breakfast was superb. Staff are very cheerful, helpful and made us feel welcome & relaxed. We liked the dress code for the dining area and high standards of cleanliness everywhere. It is on our list of places to come back to.

Cons:

Nothing to dislike. All good.
