Pros:

The staff and facilities are outstanding- pool and spa very clean. Breakfast is delicious.
We had a room upgrade which was a pleasant surprise and they accommodated a late check out.
The shuttle into Ortigia is great - runs 3 times a day and the last one back is 10pm so we had a couple of lovely evenings there.
The local beach Arenella was beautiful- amazingly clean water and a cafe to get coffee and food.
There are free bikes to use at the hotel and I explored the plemmirio area by bike one day- beautiful.
Noto is 30 mins away and well worth a visit.

Cons:

There were a surprising number of children for a spa hotel.
Although the hotel is excellent it is in the middle of nowhere and not really anywhere to walk to from there.
We had one evening meal at the hotel which was a little overpriced and not as good standard as ortagia restaurants.

L'accueil à la réception, la chambre spacieuse et parfaitement équipée, la literie douillette, la grande terrasse avec son jacuzzi, la propriété.
Le petit déjeuner est réellement exceptionnel, le personnel sympa et toujours disponible.
Le spa , la salle de gym, les piscines, tout est parfait.

Service på hotellet var helt i top. De søde mennesker i receptionen var utrolig hjælpsomme med alting.
Tjenerstaben var både dygtige og hjælpsomme.
Alt i alt en fantastisk oplevelse og vi kommer helt sikkert tilbage. De varmeste anbefalinger herfra.

Ein rundum gelungener Urlaub mit Entspannung, Meer, Sport und Kultur
Pros:

Wir haben einige Tage im Principe di Fitalia verbracht und uns dort wirklich sehr wohlgefühlt. Die Anlage liegt inmitten einer grünen, ruhigen Umgebung abseits des Trubels – ideal, um abzuschalten, ohne auf zahlreiche Annehmlichkeiten verzichten zu müssen.

Besonders gut gefallen haben uns der große Pool und der SPA-Bereich, die perfekt zum Entspannen sind. Auch die Möglichkeit, Tennis zu spielen, war sehr angenehm – vor allem für alle, die gerne sportlich aktiv sind. Auch das gastronomische Angebot hat uns überzeugt: Wir haben mehrmals im Hotel zu Abend gegessen und dabei sorgfältig zubereitete Gerichte aus hochwertigen Zutaten genossen.

Ein großer Pluspunkt ist sicherlich der kostenlose Shuttle-Service nach Ortigia, zum Archäologischen Park von Syrakus und zum Strandbad. So konnten wir die Stadt besichtigen und bequem ans Meer gelangen, ohne uns um das Auto oder die Parkplatzsuche kümmern zu müssen.

Noch angenehmer wurde unser Aufenthalt durch das äußerst hilfsbereite Personal, das stets freundlich, aufmerksam und bemüht war, auf die Wünsche der Gäste einzugehen. Wir haben uns während unseres gesamten Aufenthalts herzlich willkommen und bestens betreut gefühlt.

Eine rundum positive Erfahrung – perfekt für alle, die Entspannung, Meer, Wellness, Sport, gutes Essen und die Möglichkeit suchen, Syrakus stressfrei zu entdecken. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder!

Tutto. Bellissima ed enorme la piscina, spa molto grande ed attrezzata di tutto. Mini club per i bambini studiato perfettamente, ti permette di usufruire della spa in tutta tranquillità .
Personale gentilissimo.

Cons:

La colazione ottima, fornita di tutto.
Da migliorare il ristorante la sera, poca scelta del menù, portate belle esteticamente ma di poca quantità e prezzi medio-alti . Con un servizio ristorante adeguato la struttura non avrebbe difetti.
