Wellness Spa Hotel Principe Fitalia

Principe Fitalia is an amazing find with beautiful surroundings and exceptional staff. Everyone has been so attentive to us. The room was very clean and well equipped. The hotel sits among lemon groves and has an amazing central pool. Breakfasts were lavish and balanced - with a big spread of traditional Sicilian foods, fresh fruit and a la carte dishes.

We have just got back after the most fantastic stay at Principe di Fitalia. We were a family of 10 (multi generational) and the hotel went out of their way to make sure we had a wonderful stay. The hotel was so thoughtful over every aspect of the stay.

Firstly for the children (aged under 7 yrs old), there is a kids playroom which was staffed by the lovely Angela and is open from 3.30 each afternoon. There is table tennis and table football outside near the restaurant and also in the kids playroom.
The pool is heated and the hotel kindly provided swimming noodles for the kids - there is also a small kids pool with a waterslide. The restaurant made sure the kids food always came quickly at dinner, and there is a tasty kids menu. We were celebrating a birthday whilst there and the chef made a delicious cake especially for the occasion!

The hotel shuttle bus to the town was great, the hotel also helped us to arrange other transport during our visit (eg return trips to the nearby beach at short notice)

For the adults:
The food in the restaurant was superb and they change the dinner menu each day. All the waiters were so friendly and helpful.
Tennis court on site - with racquets provided (also can organise a tennis coach)
Very relaxing stay - great room layouts (separating the kids in a mezzanine area upstairs)
I highly recommend the hotel, we all had the best time, thank you for a fantastic stay!

Abbiamo soggiornato presso Hotel Principe di Fitalia e l’esperienza è stata semplicemente perfetta sotto ogni punto di vista.
Il personale è straordinario: sempre sorridente, disponibile e attento a ogni esigenza del cliente, facendoci sentire accolti e coccolati dal primo all’ultimo momento del nostro arrivo alla reception.
La colazione è davvero strepitosa, ricchissima di prodotti locali di altissima qualità, con un’ampia scelta che valorizza i sapori del territorio siciliano. Ogni mattina era un vero piacere iniziare la giornata così.
Abbiamo anche cenato in hotel e siamo rimasti piacevolmente sorpresi: nonostante il menù preveda una selezione di due antipasti, due primi, due secondi e deliziosi dessert, ogni proposta è preparata con grande cura e qualità. Santino ci ha spiegato che il menù cambia ogni giorno, ed è proprio questa attenzione a garantire freschezza, stagionalità e autenticità dei piatti. Una scelta che abbiamo davvero apprezzato.
Un ringraziamento speciale va anche a Rosa e Paolo per il fantastico massaggio: professionalità, gentilezza e capacità eccezionali che hanno reso il momento di relax indimenticabile. Che dire a presto

La spa è pulitissima, curata nei minimi dettagli e super completa, perfetta per concedersi ore di assoluto benessere.

Un hotel che mette davvero al centro la soddisfazione del cliente in tutto e per tutto. Torneremo sicuramente!

My wife and I just spent 5 nights at Principe di Fitalia, and we have nothing but great things to say about this wonderful hotel. Our room with extremely comfy beds, the delicious food, the beautiful garden, the wonderful pool area with cabanas and a huge, super-clean pool (heated), the friendly and warm service from the staff, and the overall vibe were top-notch throughout. Fantastic gym, indoor pool and spa area, with everything you would want. Easy transfer from Catania Airport, and only 15 minutes to Ortigia , Siracusa (hotel offers free shuttle). We met other couples from the UK and Germany, and they were also very happy with what Principe di Fitalia had to offer. This is definitely a place we would be happy to return to. Grazie mille!

Location – absolutely magical. Nestled just outside Syracuse, the hotel feels like a peaceful Sicilian sanctuary surrounded by citrus trees, olive groves, and endless sunshine. It’s close enough to explore Ortigia and the coast, yet far enough away to truly disconnect and relax. Every drive back to the hotel felt like returning to a hidden paradise.

The atmosphere – warm, elegant, and genuinely authentic. Principe di Fitalia is not one of those cold luxury hotels where everything feels staged. Here, luxury feels human. The staff welcome you like family, always smiling, always attentive, always ready to help with sincere kindness. You can feel the soul of Sicily in every corner.

Rooms – spacious, spotless, and beautifully designed with a perfect balance of comfort and Mediterranean charm. Waking up to the peaceful surroundings and soft Sicilian light was honestly one of the highlights of the stay. The beds were incredibly comfortable and every detail felt carefully thought through.

Food – exceptional. Breakfast was rich, fresh, and full of local products. The dinners were unforgettable: refined without being pretentious, showcasing authentic Sicilian flavors with incredible quality ingredients. Every meal felt like an experience rather than simply dining.

Pool & relaxation – simply dreamy. The pool area is quiet, elegant, and surrounded by greenery, making it impossible not to unwind immediately. Whether spending the afternoon reading by the water or enjoying a sunset aperitivo, everything felt calm and restorative.

Service – truly what makes this place special. The team goes above and beyond in the most natural way. You never feel like “just another guest.” Their attention, warmth, and professionalism create the kind of hospitality that people remember long after the trip ends.

Overall, Principe di Fitalia is the kind of hotel that stays with you emotionally. It combines authentic Sicilian warmth with understated luxury and creates an atmosphere that feels both exclusive and deeply comforting. A rare place where you arrive as a guest and leave feeling emotionally attached to it. I would return without hesitation.

This was my first time visiting Sicily, and I could not have chosen a better place than Hotel Principe di Fitalia.

The location is beautiful, perfect for anyone looking for relaxation, nature, and tranquility away from the chaos of city life. The resort extends over an area of 60,000 square meters, surrounded by greenery and carefully maintained in every detail. The heated outdoor pools are wonderful, especially the Olympic-size pool kept at 30°C, ideal for relaxing at any time of the day.

The spa is spacious, spotless, and extremely well equipped, with many wellness experiences available. The aufguss session was a truly enjoyable and immersive experience, a moment of pure relaxation that I highly recommend.

Breakfast is excellent, offering a wide variety of fresh local products with outstanding quality. The resort also provides many activities including a gym, swimming pools, saunas, and wellness areas, making the stay complete in every aspect.

Another major highlight is definitely the staff: everyone is extremely welcoming, professional, and always available to meet every need with a smile.

It was a truly rejuvenating break from the hectic pace of city life. An experience I will carry in my heart and hope to repeat soon.

Les piscines sont très chouettes, elles étaient toutes chauffées (3 piscines dont une pour enfants avec toboggan), c’est très calme, la propreté et entretien sont parfaits) jardins, intérieurs etc…) ; merci à Santino pour son accueil chaleureux et son soucis de faire plaisir. Le petit déjeuner est très bien (des fruits frais, une centrifugeuse pour se faire des jus detox,etc..).

Prachtig hotel met goede faciliteiten. De staff was ook super en hielp bij alles! Iets van centrum, maar wel de rust met heerlijk zwembad

Sono rimasta colpita dalla gentilezza del personale di tutti i reparti, dalla pulizia e fantastica sorpresa entrambe le piscine esterne erano riscaldate.La colazione e la cena di altissimo livello in termini di materie prime.

The hotel is in the middle of the countryside, so arriving at night was interesting but not a problem. The hotel is very nice, the spa is the major draw. It is large, well appointed and has many different therapies. Highly recommend. When we were there, the outdoor pool was closed (for the season). The hotel restaurant was also very nice - the breakfast spread was very nice, the lunch and dinner were similarly good. The portion sizes are pretty good. Would recommend a stay here for the relaxation.

Una bella scoperta nella campagna vicino a Siracusa in posizione ideale per raggiungere anche Noto, Catania, Etna e Taormina in un raggio di c.a un´ ora in auto. Wellness Center di alto livello. Personale professionale, gentile e veramente disponibile. Ambienti decorati con grande classe e gusto in stile siciliano. Buffet colazione decisamente importante e grande disponibilitá per preparazioni calde fatte al momento. Merito evidente di una proprietá attenta e presente.
