Just ok. Wouldn’t stay there again

Bed was comfortable

Cons:

View was terrible, there was almost no light in the room, the phone didn’t work and the elevators were mostly broken besides 1. The restaurant on site was also just average.

Big disappointment for the obscene prices charged.
Pros:

I liked the location and the room was clean. Everything was within walking distance. Attached restaurant was excellent.

Cons:

Check in person was not warm at all. Rooftop bar was closed at a time that would have been ideal to keep it open. Our room was only cleaned once during our stay. The noise for what we paid was absolutely unacceptable. Street noise, train noise and elevator noise were extremely high and bothersome. I expected a lot more for the prices charged. It was like staying at any other hotel. Nothing stood out. Breakfast not being included after charging premium prices is abhorrent

Loved our stay here, and we would highly recommend this property.
Pros:

We loved the room, and the beautiful views. The restaurant on the 1st floor was wonderful, and the rooftop bar on 24 was amazing. Room was clean, and very nice. Staff was amazing, and very friendly. We would stay here again.

Cons:

The room, was beautiful., The views were fantastic, and the food was amazing. Great location, and lots to do in the area. Great place to start a Bears sunday as well.

There was dust coming from the vents that got everybody sick. I have asked the manager for compensation and have not received a reply yet.

Pros:

How helpful they where. After check out. My daughter left her wallet on bed after left. Went to Japanese market and that when notice gone. Call hotel. Gave my cell number. They call back 10 later said they didn't find it. And that when my daughter said it would be on bed. So say check and call back we then decide drive back to hotel ourselves almost there when they call back and they found it along with her sleep mask. So thankful they found it. Made us see bts night and weekend better. Thank you to you staff.

Cons:

Bed little lower to floor than I am use to.
