Would stay here again!

Pros:

How helpful they where. After check out. My daughter left her wallet on bed after left. Went to Japanese market and that when notice gone. Call hotel. Gave my cell number. They call back 10 later said they didn't find it. And that when my daughter said it would be on bed. So say check and call back we then decide drive back to hotel ourselves almost there when they call back and they found it along with her sleep mask. So thankful they found it. Made us see bts night and weekend better. Thank you to you staff.

Bed little lower to floor than I am use to.

I’ll give the hotel a B- great location but they need to work on cleanliness.

The room needed a deep clean. Scuffs on walls in the bathroom and sleeping area, stains on carpet.

Really recommend
Pros:

The staff was wonderful! They make you feel welcomed and go out of their way to help you! I really recommend staying here and will absolutely be booking here again soon. This is also a very centric hotel, you can walk to restaurants and many stores as well.
