When I first got there I was giving the wrong room for what I paid for I should have gotten the right room. So I had to review the choice I made from booking.com to their actual hotel website and they finally was able to switch me

Nice property and nice hotel staff but would not stay again since there are other options with better restaurant + facil

Property was clean and good location, hotel staff was super friendly and helpful

Cons:

The adjoined restaurant left much to be desired with staff not as friendly, limited options and Card only dining. The roof top (a main reason for the stay to have a view without having to stay out late) was closed the first two nights for private events and the final night of our stay closed early at 9p. Super disappointed

I love my stay at the Hyatt Centrix the Loop and would definitely visit this property again.
Pros:

it was elegant and attached to one for the best Mexican restaurants I've been to in quite a while.

Cons:

I didn't like there wasn't a lobby restroom...you either had to go down or up to use the restroom if you were at the Mexican Radio.

Pros:

The area is great. Walgreens right across the street. Good food all walking distance.

Cons:

The sheets were stained on one bed. The tile in the shower was chipped and had gaps. The walls were marked up.

Misleading photos in their profile. I booked a king bedroom, and a 2 queen bedroom. In the photos, there was a bathtub and a shower in the 2 queen bedroom.
