Pros:

In the vicinity of Millennial park and Willis tower. Outside the hotel did not feel unsafe even at night.

Cons:

Good location
Pros:

Location is convenient.

Cons:

My room was not cleaned on the third day of my stay, and the explanation from the front desk was that “our hotel room is cleaned every other day unless you specifically request it to be cleaned every day”, which is obviously not true since I’ve stayed at Hyatt Centric hotels in NY and Philly where rooms are cleaned every day without being requested.

Overall a wonderful stay, would definitely recommend it and would stay here again.
Pros:

Every staff member we interacted with was incredibly friendly and helpful. I LOVED the bathroom! Enjoyed the big soaker tub and large walk in shower. The bed was very comfortable. Everything was clean, and the location was fantastic for everything we needed to get to.

Cons:

The only complaint I have is that the bed only had a comforter on it, and even with the AC on it was a little too warm. Would have really like a flat sheet and maybe a light blanket on the bed to be able to adjust temperature more comfortably.

Great stay!
Pros:

I ended up staying here after another hotel let me down and I’m so pleased I did! This hotel is very nice, clean and comfy. I really enjoyed my stay, and it’s in great location.
