The room looks clean and decent. The toiletries and towels were plenty.

Cons:

The pillows weren't comfy, they collapse under the weight of my head and feels pancake-flat. The outside noise from our room were disruptive. It made my stay frustrating due to the constant outdoor noise. The morning staff last 5/16/26, especially the French-speaking lady, was not very accommodating when we asked for assistance regarding our misplaced valet voucher. Her demeanor came across as rude and frustrating, which made the experience unpleasant.

Correct mais pas digne du Hyatt
Pros:

L’emplacement est top, la chambre est spacieuse et propre et les lits confortables.
La douche est également spacieuse et propre.

Cons:

L’attitude du personnel de l’accueil, au check-in comme au check-out, n’est absolument pas digne d’un établissement 4 étoiles : on nous parle avec dédain et suffisance lorsqu’on demande des précisions sur le détail du prix et qu’on demande à répéter, l’anglais n’étant pas notre langue maternelle.
La salle est malgré tout très petite (on ne tient pas à 2 dedans) et les portes vitrées des toilettes et de la douche ferment très mal ce qui ne laisse pas beaucoup d’intimité.
