Cozy, homey, delicious and sweet.
Pros:

The room was newly renovated and had all amenities one could ask of a good hotel room in Vietnam. Out the door there is a porch looking onto a beautiful flower garden. We can really recommend eating in at this place cause the restaurant is right on the beach with cozy lightning and simple decoration which makes the place feel charming and comfortable. You can literally jump off the deck and land in the ocean. Our compliments also go to the staff who made it really feel like we’re at home. It was both romantic and sweet for me and my husband and the food is both cheap and delicious. The location is relatively close to the city and there is free transport to wonderland with connecting buses to all parts of the island. Overall we had a really nice stay.

Overall: Good location with free tuk tuk drive to nearest city centre Grand World.
I would like to point out- Tuk Tuk driver (sorry, we do not know his Name/ however working as security gard as well) was very nice with nice vibe within the drive.Thanks to him.
The Room was newly renovated on the second floor- clean, spacious, with refreshness every day Reception girl (with glasses) was very welcoming (with good english) and with a great hospitality attitude.We appreaciate it!
Ps. As I am working in hotel business in Europe, I could say- most valuable staff what the owner should take into consideration for the future are these 2 people and should be proud (receprion girl and tuk tuk guy) that they are working with him/her!

Excelent budget option
Pros:

The best receptionist ever, Jollie, she is super sweet, such a nice human being, very accomodating.
Rooms were clean, surprisingly cheapers rooms were much cleaner than the older bungalows.

Cons:

No room service, though its not a big deal

Pros:

Un emplacement ideal ou l'on peut completement se reposer avec la vue magnifique depuis la piscine vers la plage. Le personnage ets adorable une mention speciale a Tommy qui a fait en sorte que notre sejour se passe bien et pour les activites taxi ou autres passez par lui directement. Un bel endroit ou nous reviendrons sans hesitation !! Les chambres sont tres propres, le petit dejeuner de qualite et le bar-restaurant est top.

Pros:

Super Personal, nicht aufdringlich aber immer da, wenn man sie gebraucht hat. Sehr schöner Pool, netter kleiner Strand, man kann gut zu einer kleinen Insel schnorcheln. Unaufgeregt und kein Massentourismus, was uns sehr wichtig war. Elektro Shuttle zur Grand World mehrmals am Tag, dann kann man sich die Katastrophe da auch mal anschauen. Man kann auch in 20 min am Strand dahin laufen. Würde immer wieder hier wohnen. Sehr gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis.

Cons:

Strand könnte größer sein, aber so ist es mit der Natur.

It wasn’t as enjoyable as we had hoped, 4 nights was too long & I really wouldn’t stay there again
Pros:

Was a nice quiet location, scenery was great & we finally found accommodation with a cold fridge that was a bonus… the staff tried hard to please
The courtesy Tuk Tuk was good 👍

Cons:

The resort itself was run down, we were totally disappointed, the food at the restaurant was terrible .. I didn’t enjoy any of it.. breakfast too was basic .. I also didn’t like being asked to pay as soon as we arrived, I thought that highly rude .. & pay as you go with anything they didn’t allow to add it to your room charge I thought that quite off putting ..

Nice quiet spot on the island
Pros:

The pool area was lovely. I love that someone is trying to keep the beach clean. The free car to town is awesome and hourly which is great. The staff are friendly and helpful. Would be great if one of your bar staff asked people around the pool if they wanted drinks once in awhile. Think you would sell more.

Cons:

Back rooms are across the road and not within the resort or pool area. These rooms could really use a freshen up. The tiles they have put in the concrete path (i presume are the broken ones during the build) are shiny and very slippery when your dripping wet and wearing rubber shoes/sandles. Be careful. The room down by the beach is spacious, amazing views but rather smelly of the toilet.
