Posizione top: a due passi dal porto di Eminonou per chi vuole prendere i traghetti pubblici e visitare i quartieri asiatici e raggiungere l’estratto del Corno D’Oro fino alla teleferica che porta alla collina di Pier Loti Cafe; sia per chi vuole visitare la parte antica europea e i principali monumenti: vicinissimo al Palazzo Topkapi e ad Aghia Sofya, Cisterna, mentre verso il lungo porto si raggiunge in 5 min la torre di Galata, 2 min il Bazar delle Spezie (camminando dentro si arriva al Gran Bazar).
Lo staff è eccezionale, attento e pronto a soddisfare qualsiasi richiesta.
Colazione salata ricca e molto buona, ma indispensabile a livello energetico per affrontare la giornata, qualche dolcetto ma per noi non è stato affatto un problema dato che preferivamo gustare una tipica colazione turca immergendoci nelle loro usanze e tradizioni.
Camera spaziosa e confortevole. Ci è stata assegnata la mansarda all’ultimo piano. Unico problema era il caldo della stanza che assorbiva il sole tutto il giorno, ma in stanza eravamo presenti solo per dormire. È stato problematico gestire l’aria condizionata che era o troppo forte o troppo bassa, tuttavia senza essere troppo esigenti abbiamo comunque dormito bene ugualmente 😊
Pulizia ottima in tutto l’albergo e cambio lenzuola e asciugamani ogni giorno.

Our stay was excellent. The staff were very polite, kind, and always helpful. The service was outstanding, and the location was perfect. The hotel has excellent walking access to the main tourist attractions and tram stations, making it very convenient to get around the city.
The rooms were cleaned every day, and everything was kept very tidy. We also appreciated the complimentary tea and coffee service available throughout the day. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and we would highly recommend this place.

В отеле очень понравилось обслуживание, завтраки вкусные, сытные и разнообразные, персонал очень вежлив, помогают и подсказывают при обращении. На ресепшн мужчины говорят на английском и русском языках. Горничные приятные женщины, идут навстречу и убираются при обращении к ним. Расположение отеля удобное, до достопримечательностей и до набережной Босфора близко, если идти пешком 15минут. На улицах не так многолюдно, рядом есть большой парк Gulhane, для любителей утренних пробежек или просто прогуляться в тени деревьев. WiFi отлично работает, проживание и отдых в этом отеле оставили прекрасное впечатление, думаю еще вернусь в этот отель. Я уже 4 раза гостила в Стамбуле, этот отель мне понравился. Особая благодарность администратору Джебраилу за помощь и понимание.

Posizione ottimale per la città di Istanbul. Camera spaziosa e letti comodi, bagno grande dotato di hammam, pulizia quotidiana con cambio biancheria. Colazione ben fornita anche se prevalentemente salata. L'hotel sarebbe da ristrutturare ma tutto è comunque perfettamente efficiente ed il rapporto qualità/ prezzo è davvero ottimo

Among the many good hotels and apartments in Istanbul on Booking, it was not easy to decide on one hotel. For our first multi-day stay in this city, we chose the Marmara de luxe hotel, which met our all the important criteria. The hotel is in an excellent location, in a quiet street in the centar of Sirkeci near the Bosphorus, the port, all public transport stations: tram, bus, metro, ferry, which we used rarely because almost everything was within walking distance. Across the street from the hotel is the Turgut Restaurant with a good gastronomic offer, a friendly manager and pleasant live music. Other restorants, cafes and famous Hafiz Mustafa patisserie is nearby.
The hotel room on the 6th floor where we stayed was spacious, comfortable, clean, bright with a small balcony and a view of the Bosphorus bridge, stylishly furnished. In the bathroom is a marble sink, a large framed mirror, in the shower cabin a hamam, decorative tiles and faucets modeled on the hammams of the luxurious Topkapi Palace. The hotel lobby is equipped with nice decorative chadeliers, carpets, stylish furniture, huge comfortable armchairs.
The breakfast was of high quality, varied, always fresh and tasty.
In addition to the above, what is most valuable is exceptional staff: professional, hospitable, kind, helpful and very attentive, from the staff at the reception, the maid, the staff of the restorant where we enjoyed breakfast with pleasant music from TV, who all made us feel at home. The employees of the hotel contribute to the high rating and successful business of the hotel with their work and special commitment and deserve the highest possible rating and to be specially rewarded.
We thank them all for everything and greet them warmly.
