Having to go next door for food.
Found out just before leaving that food could be brought to our pool area.
I was unaware until another guest told me.
When I asked about food I was told to go next door to the restaurant.
Can’t see sea from garden as hedges are very high
Excellent service. Outside facilities were clean and well looked after.
The food, the friendly staff, the facilities for dogs and the overall location And comfort provided.
Some troubles with the Wi-Fi.
Everything from the moment we arrived, friendly helpful staff, beautiful hotel, lovely gardens, plenty to do onsite. Dinner was excellent and breakfast selection was absolutely amazing with a fantastic choice. We especially enjoyed the huge choice of prepared fresh fruit, yogurt, seeds, cranberries, pastries etc. and plenty of choice on the cooked breakfast menu. We were travelling on our bikes and there was a place to wash your bike and a secure bike store.
Nothing
Room size and view from the room.... didnt get time to use pools etc unfortunately ans my daughter lived that it was dog friendly.
They was nothing not to like... needed another day on the island to enjoy.the.hotel more... all my fault haha
Lovely old style hotel, spacious room, in a good location with a 15 min walk to restaurants.
100% dog friendly hotel (if you don’t like dogs then maybe it’s not for you)
This is an old fashioned hotel - for dogs. Great if you want a holiday with your dog. We booked it as it was the only place available in the area for our coastal walk around the island. It wasn't made clear that there was no restaurant and we had to go to the sister hotel if we wanted dinner. We did and it was very nice. Because the hotel had not been refurbished since ???? there was actually a bath in the bathroom. As we were walking round the coastal path this was welcome.
Breakfast was ok and up to standard.
Need more information about facilities.
L’emplacement et la qualité de services. Le personnel très accueillant, serviable et souriant. Breakfast excellent
Lavabo salle d’eau trop petit
The staff were extremely helpful; it really is a very dog-friendly hotel. Our room had a sea view as requested and twin zip-linked beds. There was a goody bag for our dog, and he was given sausages for breakfast. There was also a dog-wash station outside the hotel, with warm water, which our older dog was very happy with. The selection at breakfast, particularly the fresh fruit salad, was outstanding (best I have experienced). We saw a red squirrel in the wooded area next to the hotel, and there were lovely walks and lots of activities in the hotel grounds.
Nothing
Lovely property and grounds. Decorated tastefully and extremely clean.
We hadn’t realised that this is a very dog friendly hotel but this did not cause us any problems. The staff were charming, especially Brooke on reception who is a star! Breakfast was excellent.
We had a rather small bedroom overlooking the car park and the bed was a standard double. We are used to a king sized bed so didn’t find it very comfortable. Also it would be nice to have a few extras in the room such as tissues, a shower cap and maybe a bottle of water.
The staff the breakfast and the fact that you could use two outdoor pools
great location; great staff
I loved the location and the amenities included with the booking
It was generally all fine
Clean, kids friendly, staffs are so kind and helpful. Location is great. Lots of entertainments.
It would be an extra bonus if it has beach access.
The location was great and the room was comfortable!
The room was quite small and the breakfast was expensive.
