Pros:

Nice new clean rooms. Must be remodeling.

Cons:

We didn't stay long enough to use the pool. Wish they offered a continental breakfast.

This is a good, clean and comfortable place to stay in Eureka Springs.
Pros:

The room was exceptionally clean. The staff was friendly and the property was quiet.

It was a little dated and older of a property. The breakfast was lacking.

Pros:

I truly enjoyed everything about our stay! Steve & Andrew at the front desk were so friendly and helpful. We had an issue with our toilet, and they both immediately found us a new accommodation! I will definitely stay there again for our next visit. Within walking distance to historic downtown, excellent location.

Totally enjoyed our visit!!!
Pros:

Perfect location and friendly staff. Pool and hot tub were nice.

Cons:

Pool area was such a nice area but it could use a little sprucing up. First night was a little noisy with all the bikers there coming in late and leaving early, but other nights were quiet.

Pros:

Reasonably priced but a little tired around the edges and under construction so likely being improved. Only 20 minute walk into town.

Cons:

Some deferred maintenance. Pool wasn’t very clean but it felt good anyway. A 20 minute walk into town.
