My experience was a 10/10 Best hotel in Vieques
Pros:

the hotel is beautiful. right in front of the beach, prime location, big balcony. the room was comfortable in every way including the bed & pillows with a blasting AC and fan. Great shower and very clean. the staff was amazingly friendly and attentive and I felt safe and welcome 10 out 10!

Cons:

Just one tiny detail. the mirror in the bedroom was placed behind the rack where you hang your clothes

Pros:

Best hotel in Vieques! My wife and I always stay here when traveling to the island. Check-in was great! Restaurant is the best in town. it was wonderful to meet Laine, the GM, during this past visit. We are looking forward to our next stay!

Great Stay in Vieques
Pros:

This hotel is fun with a quirky vibe! It is in an excellent location close to many restaurants and bio bay tour meeting areas. We arrived on an early ferry and the front desk staff were able to accommodate an early check-in and even provided us with beach chairs and towels to use while exploring the island. Our Esquina room was large with a smaller, but efficient bathroom. We were on the third floor and could hear guests on the rooftop until fairly late which was somewhat of a con, but the pros of this hotel certainly outweighed this.
