Very nice hotel dumb parking garage
Pros:

It was a very nice room. It had a pull out couch, microwave, refrigerator, a nice tv. I was only there over night so I didn't experience much.. I would stay there again.

Cons:

Something was super loud, I thought it was the A/C so I turned it off but i still heard the noise. It just filled the room.
This has nothing to do with the hotel. I parked in the garage they suggested I use. The next day when I tried to leave, the machine used to pay would not take my card. It said it was invalid. So I repark and took a lyft to my meeting . I called my bank to see if there was a security hold. After my meeting , in a lyft I stop by an atm to get cash. I go back to try to get out of the garage. I tried my card again, same thing. So I put in the cash, it spat it back out. I was literally being held hostage. I pushed the button for assistance, explained I was in an open air prison and she asked if I had another card! Really, if I did would it not have dawned on me to USE IT! long story longer, she was able to process the payment manually using the SAME CARD and lift the gate.

I stayed at the hotel on my birthday, and it would have been a lovely touch if the hotel had offered
Pros:

The bed was comfortable, and the location was great for getting to my destination.

Cons:

There was some noise outside the hotel late at night.

Cons:

The only problem we had was our shower did not work, but they did adjust the rate of our stay to accommodate that issue.

Great property and location. Staff and valet services exceptional.
Pros:

Location was right next to the concert venue. All of the staff were so friendly and helpful. Loves the valet parking.

Cons:

We had the breakfast buffet and it was not good. Eggs were runny, they were out of several items. Would not eat it again.

The location was convenient to where I needed to be.

Cons:

The information that booking displayed in the policy doesn't match the policy of the property. ie: per booking parking is $20 a day no reservation needed. Per the hotel its $32 a day. Per Booking the holding fee is $50(one set fee). Per the hotel its $50 per night.

Downtown Louisville was lovely. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Danielle at the Registration Desk was helpful and friendly everytime I went down there for questions or recommendations.
