Was not a fan of the pillows. They were very uncomfortable
The location was excellent! You could walk to several restaurants and shops.
Our bathroom vent didn’t work and the rooms are a little outdated. The breakfast wasn’t that good and too expensive. The beds are very hard.
8up restaurant and bar! Even though I did the self park, the Valet was very helpful.
The bathroom...toilet could use an update, bed was OK. Not enough light in rhe bedroom area.
Everything was great, the staff was friendly, the restaurant on the 8th floor was excellent, we would definitely stay again!
Absolutely nothing.
The location in conjunction to the venue that I was attending a concert at was absolutely phenomenal
I went down for breakfast the following morning, and there was no differentiation between free versus paid assuming that this was a à la carte breakfast that was included and the person in charge of this particular breakfast did not mention the $25 charge plus the additional orange juice charge was not mentioned until after we got our food and there was no signage indicating this either.
Another issue is, we arrived prior to the end time of breakfast and we were rushed so badly, but we barely had time to eat anything that we were being charged for and they started tearing down the food
Marnita was absolutely wonderful when our family of 20 decided to show up for breakfast unplanned the morning after our cousins wedding. She rolled with it and kept a smile on her face despite the fact that we thought it was a buffet and showed up half am hour before closing. The food was delicious and the service was quick and courteous.
TV didn't work
Parking to expensive
Rooftop bar was closed at 6:00 pm
Perfect location if going to a show at the Mercury Ballroom or hitting 4th St Live. I enjoyed a pre-concert drink on the rooftop as the sun was setting which was so nice! Some great music was playing as well so it definitely set the mood. Rene at the front desk went above and beyond to rectify a problem with my reservation (it was a 3rd party company's fault, not Hilton), and she remained courteous and committed to helping me! Kudos to her!!
Worst hotel experience of a month long trip. Front desk girl was so rude it was ridiculous. On check in nothing was explained. No advising where the lift was or when breakfast was or where it was. Had to come down in the morning and ask for directions. Lucky for us on check out we experienced the same girl. Too busy sipping her drink or texting to check us out properly. Took the key and just sat there silently. When I asked if I would get a receipt she just answered with “it will be emaile”. No thanks for staying or have a nice day, just back to drinking. Tried to get her name but she had no badge.
Breakfast was a total rip off. $40 for cold coffee and the hot food was cold as well. The whole Bain Marie was turned off before breakfast had even finished.
Pick another hotel in Louisville as this one ruined my whole opinion of the city and I dont wish to return.
Great hotel , amazing breakfast and unbelievable staff .. thank you to Marnita and Chef John .. I would drive 3 hours again for that breakfast
We had a wonderful experience. The staff was friendly and very accommodating. The hospitality representatives went beyond our expectations with service and friendliness. She made our day!!!
