Nice Fall destination
Pros:

In the heart of the downtown district. Walking distance to shops, restaurants, and ferry boats.

Cons:

Hyannis now has too many tourist tee shirt shops. The old Cape charm is changing.

If I visit again, I definitely will stay there.
Pros:

It was an amazing location, very close to the Main St. The staff was very friendly and helpful with questions. It was extremely convenient to be able to do laundry on site!

Cons:

The entrance and parking lot was a bit narrow.

Would recommend staying here, great price for the location with everything you need for an easy no hassle stay.
Pros:

Room was much larger than I was expecting, the facilities where great, staff were friendly and helpful, clean, great location. Everything you needed from a motel.
One night we had a problem with noise from another guest, however we contacted the front desk who dealt with the complaint immediately, very impressed!!

I have stayed at this hotel many times because of the good location it is walking distance to the harbor, shops and rest

Pleasant comfortable experience. Great location for shopping, restaurants and beach.

If I had to choose over again I would not have stayed here but it was okay for a few days.
Pros:

It was very close to local shopping, restaurants and the ferry. We were able to walk everywhere.

Cons:

Overall the room was okay. The bed was very comfortable. The downside was the ants in the bathroom. The bathroom door was warped and was hard to open and close. The bottom of the bathtub was not level so I always felt off balance when I moved around and the a/c was super loud. Also, we had a room on the first floor so we could hear people walking around and dropping things on the floor above us.
