Pleasant cozy in the room close to attractions eateries and more

The facility was cold. I would of liked to go swimming but the corridors were cold.

All around great customer service
Pros:

The hotel staff was very friendly, the rooms and common spaces were clean and fun for our group of teenage boys - pool, rec room,touch football outside!
The highlight for me personally was the help the hotel reservations manager, CyndiLou, provided in clearing up a reservation confusion for us. She did so with incredible professionalism and care for our concern and family. Highly rated customer service!
