Pros:

Overall aesthetic and initial reception was very good; the room was well equipped and had a stocked kitchenette.

Cons:

I was very disappointed with the dog fee of $75 and an additional fee of $20 on top of our stay... with double the taxes, the cost was well over $100 for my single dog to stay with us for one night. I have stayed at other hotels and they typically charge $50 per evening and do not separate the charge to double up on the taxes. I travel at least twice a year from Florida to New York with my canine and partner for work; if this is standard practice for this hotel brand, I will be looking to stay elsewhere.

Outstanding Stay and Exceptional Service
Pros:

We had a wonderful stay. The rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable. This property has open common areas that are perfect for grilling, gatherings, and parties. Customer service was excellent from start to finish, especially General Manager Andy (genuinely dedicated leader) and Sarah from the Front Desk. During a severe thunderstorm, Sarah helped guide the entire lobby with incredible calmness, professionalism, and grace. She made everyone feel safe and cared for. Andy, we would gladly stay here again!

Nice hotel in terrific location.
Pros:

Ours was an extended stay over a holiday weekend. We found the facility clean and well maintained. Our suite was spacious and well laid out, though the dual-closet arrangement proved a bit frustrating. The location is terrific and quiet.
