I liked that the hotel is in a great location near Santa Monica beaches and restaurants. The room was quiet and comfortable and every staff member I encountered was friendly, helpful, and professional. Finally, we enjoyed relaxing on the patio during the afternoon happy hour.

Pros:

The location was great and the facilities very good. The room was very comfortable and large

Cons:

The rooms were cleaned once per 3 days. I expected daily cleaning for that price

Wonderful place for a weekend getaway. Or a long extended stay. Romantic with a home. Feeling close to everything. Lots
Pros:

The ambience was beautiful. The staff was beyond accommodating superfast with any request.

Cons:

We didn’t like there wasn’t a pool, but there’s a lot of common areas where you can. Relax and enjoy the sun. It was understanding why they didn’t have a pool considering it’s in a residential area and close to the beach

Cons:

Odamız çok ufaktı gerçekten. Biraz daha büyük olabilirdi. 2 yetişkin ve 2 çocuk kaldık. 4ümüzden de deposito alındı. Kişi başı alınan deposito total bize 400$'a geldi. Ve bu çok yüksek bir rakam. 10 iş günü geçti ve halen daha bize geri ödemesi yapılmadı.

Smart hotel with a luxurious feel.
Pros:

Lovely lobby, bar and patio. Good gym, nice location. Access to free bike hire and in-house driver within 3 miles. Happy hour between 5-7 with complimentary beer and wine. Good food on the menu which runs 7am-7pm.

Cons:

No barrister style coffee available - had to go over the road for take away. No laundry room either which would have been really useful.

Lovely hotel in a nice location with very nice staff
Pros:

The room was nice; the downstairs lobby and outdoor sitting areas were exceptionally nice.
We were most grateful for the driving experience the hotel offered; and NOELLE was wonderful as a driver.

Cons:

Our room had a very small and limited window, which was a bit of a disappointment, but not a major one.
