立地が良く、清潔で、安全でした
Pros:

ワールドトレードセンター駅、フルトン駅が近く、マンハッタン内はもちろん、ブルックリンへのアクセスも良かったです。フロントには24時間スタッフの方がいて安心でした。

Cons:

我々が泊まった部屋は冷蔵庫がありませんでした。使う予定は無かったので問題はありませんでした。

Clean, neat compact room in a central location with nearby paid parking
Pros:

Easy to pull up and unload luggage. 24-hour helpful and friendly staff. Neat and tidy room, compact but clean and functional with sensible 11am check-out time. Good value and right next door to shops and restaurants, and walking distance to the nearby car-park. Also, free hot beverages for guests in the lobby.

Cons:

The jackhammer and drilling noise from the building site next door at 8.00am which couldn't be blocked out even with the double-glazing. And overnight parking was very expensive at $55, where the parking assistants insisted that ONLY they could actually park the car when I would have preferred to do it myself to avoid possible damage that the rental company could then bill me for. Also, when we drove back to the hotel to collect our luggage, the pull-in space was occupied by a large SUV that had been parked there for at least a couple of hours, thus obliging others to risk parking on double-yellows nearby. Staff should keep that space clear perhaps?

Excellent front desk team/Minimalist yet efficient room
Pros:

Perfect for brief business trip to NYC, especially with meetings in the financial district/Tribeca. Minimalist room but very clean and efficiently put together. Hospitable and very helpful front desk staff. Thankful to Jeremy in particular for the fast yet welcoming and thoughtful check-in process.
