Clean, comfortable rooms

Cons:

Parking lot really needs to be repaired. Lots of massive pot holes that are dangerous to walk across, especially at night (as the parking lot is not lit very well either)

Met our needs. Heather on front desk was awesome.
Pros:

Didn't use restaurant for breakfast. Staff in restaurant were excellent.

Cons:

Shower/bath area too small. View of Corner Brook was obstructed.

I loved the bed, and pillows it was so comfy!!

It would have been nice to have a continental breakfast, other hotels I've stayed at in previous years offered, toast, tea, coffee, waffles, fruit, cereal....

Cons:

We were traveling with our cat. We booked a room with a king bed, but upon check-in, they upgraded us to a standard double room because "a king room is not pet-friendly." However, in another city, at the exact same hotel, they gave us a king room without any problems.
