I stayed here over a year ago and the staff is still awesome, but the property isn't as clean as is used to be.
Very friendly and courteous greeting when checking in and out. Breakfast was great,nice selection of food and drinks.
The man working the front desk was there from check-in till departure and was so mean!
The staff was really good and helpful, friendly.
This hotel was good but did have some improvements that could be made. Very easy check-in, friendly staff, easy parking upon arrival. They were accommodating for special requests. The pool was a little cold and had too many chemicals, it burned the kids eyes. The floor in the room underneath the air conditioner was very wet. There were not enough towels or bedding for the pullout couch. The shower was either dirty or stained upon arrival, otherwise the room was clean. The staff gave my kids snacks and were very kind and the breakfast was great. We would stay here again.
The front desk lady was outstanding! Patient with my daughter with special needs and my dad who is 95. Thank you!!!

The staff at the Fairfield inn is great. They are very friendly. The rooms are very nice and good size. The facility is very clean.
Enjoyed the buffet breakfast - staff was very helpful, friendly and courteous - our room was very comfortable ( beds were extra comfy) and clean - the only negative that I have is there was no safety mat or guardrail in the shower - this would prevent your older guests from slipping and falling - overall we really enjoyed our stay at this hotel - Thank you

Was not aware that my Platinum status was of no value booking thru Expedia, so I was unable to upgrade to a suite! The place is good and the staff is helpful.
Everything was amazing except for 2 things.
The Hot tub had been filled in and the pictures showed it had one.
also the curtains had a brown stain and were broken.
