Personally my sincere opinion about the staff (reception) unfriendly, not helpful and unkind.
More than a decent 3 star hotel. Very clean, very polite and friendly staff! Value for money and great view! Next to the park and the beach! The rooms were recently renovated and they even offer a smart mirror! We had lunch by the pool for a really good price, big portions and it was delicious.
The only negative thing is the toilet door- glass- and it doesn’t seal and the noise from the road. Breakfast could be of a higher quality.

The reservation was confirmed on Booking.com, we arrived at the hotel and the hotel rejected the reservation claiming they had no available rooms and still charged us with credit card payment up until this moment. They claimed Booking should be credited, I contacted Booking.com and still no response at all.

Allasosasto oli ahdas ja kun hotelli oli aika täynnä, ei altaalle viitsinyt änkeä. Olisi ollut kiva saada juomavettä, kun hanavesi ei ole juotavaa. Monissa muissa hotelleissa on tarjolla vastuulliseen nimissä (muoviroskan vähentäminen) vesiautomaatteja tai suodatettua vettä.

The location is good.
The floor in my room was dirty from the moment I checked in. I asked them to clean the floor several times every day, but my requests were ignored. There was white hairs on the floor in the room. I'm a brunette. I asked them to clean the floor EVERY DAY, but no one did.
