The roof top bar and the good sized apartment.
There was no room for luggage in the bedroom area. You could not have cooked anything except an egg and toast with the limited kitchen equipment, perhaps microwave a bit of food. The pool was a disappointment and was nothing like the photo. We stayed 4 nights and got a few fresh towels and no housekeeping in that time?? 5 star, I doubt it.
Location was excellent. Breakfast was good.
The beautiful view. Loved the pool and gym. Roof top bar and free snacks were great. Staff very helpful. Private balcony and living space. Bedrooms very comfy. Loved 2 bedroom and 2 bathroom set up.
Had a couple of upfront maintenance issues which were promptly repaired. Bathrooms a little tight.
Hallways very dirty. Looked like they’d not been vacuumed for s very long time.
It has a great location. The room was clean and bed comfortable.
The room has very old vertical blinds that are broken and don’t offer a lot of privacy.
The hotel corridors have not been cleaned for a long time.
The room space and views of harbour and city were beautiful. Nice sized balcony with large table and chairs.
The Zen rooftop bar was a bonus. Straight up the lift and you had 360 deg stunning views of Darwin. The best happy hour with complimentary snacks was very popular.
Also the cafe was very nice for breakfast, coffees and views on the 3 rd floor.
The infinity pool was beautiful and very clean with views across the harbour.
Would have been nice if the cafe stayed open past 10.30am.

Very little, morning reception staff
The afternoon reception staff, lady had little idea, man rude and dismissive.
Location next to motorway. Outdoor furniture bent, broken and uncomfortable. Bathroom small, cramped, no where to put toiletries no fan extractor tiny shower space.
Poolside loungers have solid concrete bases so can be moved at all unless you’re a weight lifter. Glass partitions to bedroom are laughable . On the whole - uncomfortable disappointing stay.

The swimming pool was great. Used it every day.
We had a lot of issues with our room. Rooms need to be maintained during their off season so the rooms are ready for peak season.
Rooftop views of sunset were great - rooms were comfy and great stay
Breakfast set up was good, better than most high level hotels.
The hotel allow you to borrow noodle sticks for use when you travel to the various water holes and waterfalls. A great 💡
