Das Hotel ist sehr sauber. Es gibt ausreichendes Essen.Die Mitarbeiter räumen die Tische sehr schnell und sehr freundlich. Das Personal war sehr hilfsbereit. Es gibt viele Restaurants in der Anlage. Der Strand ist in der Nähe. Es gibt immer genügend Liegestühle am Strand. Mehrere Bazar und Supermärkte sind in der Umgebung.

Cons:

Dadurch das Hotel groß ist, sind viele Leute beim Essen. Das Essen wurden tellerweise weggeschmissen. Das war echt traurig. Es wäre gut dass das Hotel was dagegen unternehmen könnte.

Sabiendo que íbamos con una niña de dos
Años nos dieron una habitación en el edificio justo que daba a la piscina la cual a medio día y por la noche imposible que la niña descansara por culpa de la musica tan alta. Solicitamos cuna en la reserva y llegamos y no estaba puesta, tuvimos que llamar a más de las 00:00 que es cuando llegamos para que la trajeran. Es una verdadera vergüenza que a las 6:30 de la mañana la piscina ya esté llena de toallas reservando hamacas. Un día llegamos a la piscina a las 9:30 y de milagro conseguimos 1 hamaca, y lo peor es que en esa fila de hamacas hasta más de las 11:30 no llego la gente que había puesto su toalla, incluso las de al lado nuestro, nosotros nos fuimos a la 13:3 a comer y a esa hora no había aparecido nadie. Eso no se tiene que permitir.
No tiene sentido que los toboganes tengan horario.
Lo que hacen en el bufet los camareros es de
Ser un poco cochinos. Te limpian la mesa
con una toallita y ni si quiera te cambian el
Mantel donde acaba de comer otra persona. Nadie limpia el suelo, un camarero tiró al lado nuestro macarrones con tomate y ahi se quedaron toda la cena los macarrones en el
Suelo. Y si el bufet cierra a las 21:00 que a las 20:30 te estén quitando la comida no tiene sentido alguno.
Que todas las actividades por la noche de niños sean de pago está mal la vedad.
Un día ni si quiera entraron para limpiar nuestra habitación. Y lo de limpiar poco, te estiran la
Sábana y gracias.

Az étkeztetésnél, főleg a vacsoráknál nem igazán vannak felkészülve a főszezonbeli tömegekre, volt, hogy este 8 után nem volt tiszta evőeszköz és kulturáltan rendbe rakott asztal.
