Ma reponse et la suivante des notre arrive en turquie aucune reception de transport n a ete a l aeroport malgre mon contacte par email aux services de l hotel vous informant en faisant ma resevation tout a ete regle y compris le transport aller et retour de l aeroport et c est ainsi que l hotel lui echape les points.
Pour le reste bonne continuation.

Cons:

Le nettoyage des chambres et tres faible car j ai de l experience en tourisme pour le reste restauration sur tout le terrain de l hotel 10/10

Pros:

Очень понравились кондитерские изделия, оценка 10++++++, вкусная и разнообразная еда. До моря метров 100, но можно доехать кому лень😄. Каждый день уборка в номере, замена полотенец. Вежливый персонал.

Great facilities with amazing and various food

Cons:

I booked this stay as a gift for my family. After they arrived, although they had the booking confirmation in hand, they were refused to be checked in, and were told anyone can come to the hotel from the street and claim they are staying there. This was extremely stressful and disrespectful, and did not make any sense as people on the street don't have the booking confirmation and code in their hand. My family was left abandoned in the lobby, and we were lucky I was available to answer their call when they rang me. This cold welcome ruined the gift and their stay. We won't be booking with this hotel again.
