Important information:

Guests are required to register at the reception with a valid personal certificate (ID cards for Chinese guests and passport for overseas guests). Check in with other person's identification is strictly prohibited. Guests under 16 years old without passports or ID cards are required to register with residential certification or birth certificate. Please issue an identity certificate at the hotel's local police station if none of the above certificate is available.

For breakfast, children under 1 metre dine for free; children between 1.1 metres and 1.3 metres dine with half price; children above 1.3 metres dine with full price.

舒適愉快
Pros:

這次帶家中長輩來廈門遊玩 ，入住朗豪酒店 。一進大堂就受到pearl小姐熱情溫暖的招呼， 入住流程快速而順暢， 整個大廳都有香香的味道， 還有很多團客入住， 人氣很高。
酒店提供的免費wifi可以讓我們使用平常慣用的一些app ，這是別家酒店沒有的。飯店離五通碼頭很近，搭公交車到終點站就是。自助早餐種類多樣又美味。飯店房間設備很新，打掃得很乾淨，也很溫馨舒適。 冷氣很涼， 枕頭很好睡，洗澡水水量很大也夠熱， 長輩非常開心 ，還直說下次還要住這兒 。還要謝謝winnie小姐貼心的詢問我們的需求，飯店其他的服務人員也都很熱心，有房內設施不會操作的問題都會得到立刻的回應，非常推薦這間物超所值的五星級酒店給大家。

Cons:

部分團客直接用手在水果盤內翻找挑選之後，拿取蘋果及梨子，沒有使用飯店提供的夾子。
