Pros:

Hotel zrobił na mnie bardzo dobre wrażenie. Największym plusem był personel baru Panorama - wszyscy byli bardzo mili i pomocni, szczególnie Taha. Na wyróżnienie zasługuje również menadżer recepcji Ahmed Fhme, który był bardzo uprzejmy i pomocny podczas pobytu. Ogrody hotelowe są przepiękne, pełne kwiatów i widać, że hotel bardzo dba o ich utrzymanie. Leżaki przy basenie mogłyby zostać częściowo wymienione, ale nie było to dużym problemem. Niestety nie mogę powiedzieć tego samego o części personelu restauracji, gdzie obsługa była znacznie mniej przyjazna.

Cons:

Niestety pobyt miał też swoje minusy. W jednej części hotelu spotkaliśmy karalucha, a w pokoju były mrówki. Po zgłoszeniu problemu otrzymaliśmy jednak inny pokój, co było dużym plusem. Najwięcej zastrzeżeń mam do jedzenia -
bardzo często było zimne, a czystość talerzy pozostawiała wiele do życzenia. Obsługa w restauracji również nie zawsze była profesjonalna. Szczególnie źle wspominam pracownika o imieniu Islam, który zachowywał się niegrzecznie i niewłaściwie. Uważam też, że pan Ehab, kierownik ds. żywności i napojów, powinien bardziej zadbać o standardy oraz bezpieczeństwo żywności w hotelu.

Very good food, very good price. Definitely worth visiting Abu Dabbab beach nearby. Walking there in the early morning is free otherwise need to pay €20 per person. Awesome corals

Cons:

More napkins needed and table staff need to more actively ask if customers want a drink or not. In the 6000 block, the toilet doors in bathroom are glass doors which is annoying at nighttime. More water bottles would be appreciated as opposed to trusting a water machine that might not be regularly serviced. Mosquitoes in room. A mosquito trap would be appreciated.

Très bel hotel all inn à Abu Dabbad avec une "house reeef" en très bon état.
Pros:

Très bel hotel 5* all inn. Nous avions les nouvelles chambres de l'aile 7 "face à la mer", même si celle ci est un peu loin. Les chambres sont très spacieuses et confortables. L'hôtel en général est bien entretenu, notre zone est nouvelle et les jardins qui sont très bien entretenu étaient encore en cours d'installation.

La partie restauration était vraiment bien, large choix dans les buffets et bonne qualité de la nourriture. Le personnel est très poli, aidant et sympa.

La "house reef" est très sympa, facile d'accès au départ de la plage, avec du corail abondant et en pleine forme. les amateurs de snorkeling ne seront pas déçus. Beaucoup de poissons et nous avons rencontré au moins 5 ou 6 tortues C'est aussi une plage connue pour voir les dungons, mais nous n'avons pas eu cette chance. Les plongées depuis un bateau de la région (Dolphin house, Elphinstone, Abu Dabbad) sont au top

Nous avons été un peu refroidit par l'accueil du club de plongée. A peine bonjour, les prix sont là, ... pas vraiment d'information sur la façon dont les choses se passent. Juste "on va tester votre niveau et on verra". Je ne sais pas à quoi sert d'avoir une certification. Je pense que lorsqu'on arrive dans un nouveau club pour plonger, on a besoin de se sentir à l'aise, ce qui n'a pas été le cas. Nous nous sommes retournés sur un club local Deep South Divers qui sont venus nous chercher chaque jour à l'hôtel pour les différentes plongées. Bien plus sympas et moins cher.

Pros:

A nice hotel with a large area, for a quiet and peaceful stay. No animation or loud music, which is great. The new buildings have good repairs and comfortable beds. I really enjoyed the food, and it's clear that the chefs do their work with love. Many elderly travelers find comfortable accommodation here. The hotel has a beautiful reef area, a small sandy beach for swimming, equipment rental, and a kite and windsurfing station.

There is no children's play area, and the playground is very sad in the bright sun

Schönes zimmer, Freundliche personal und natürlich houseriff ist sehr schön. Meine besten dank an ganze personal von reception bis zimmerservice .sie sind sehr hilfsbereit und und wenn man was braucht gehts man zum Ramedan koffeshop in der hotel.

Perfekt zum Tauchen & Entspannen
Pros:

Das Personal ist im ganzen Hotel ausserordentlich freundlich und viele sprechen sogar Deutsch oder Russisch, sowie natürlich Englisch. Die SSI Extra Divers Tauchbasis ist direkt im Hotel was mega praktisch ist, da man kurze Wege hat. Auch für Ausflüge mit dem Boot gibt es einen Steg direkt in der Hotelanlage. Das Schnorcheln und Tauchen am Hausriff ist ein Traum. Der Strand ist sehr lang, es gibt auch noch kleine Stände und Shops beim Steg, die etwas untergehen, wenn man nichts davon weiss. Das Essen war abwechslungsreich und gut verträglich. Es gibt unglaublich viele Blumen und Grünflächen, was die Anlage wunderschön macht. Wenn man will, kann man hier immer etwas tun (Darts, Beach Volleyball, etc.). Das ist aber alles absolut kein Muss.

Cons:

Das ist generell so in Marsa Alam, aber es gibt um das Hotel herum nichts, das man zu Fuss erreichen könnte. Wenn man irgendwo hin will, braucht man ein Taxi oder muss einen geführten Ausflug buchen. Dessen sollte man sich bewusst sein. Aber daher ist es umso besser, dass die Anlage so schön und auch gut gepflegt ist. Ab und zu Stromausfall oder Sicherung rausgefallen. Dauerte aber meist nicht lange. Preise muss man praktisch überall verhandeln (Massage, Kleidung, etc.). Es könnte mehr lokales, arabisches Essen angeboten werden, statt des Abklatschs des Europäischen, aber ich nehme an, das will die breite Masse an Touristen so...
