The location was amazing, right in the heart of Bodrum city center and very close to the beach, bazaar, and many restaurants. We stayed in the suite for two days, and the sea view was absolutely wonderful. The location was perfect for exploring the city, and everything we needed was within walking distance.

Cons:

They could pay a little more attention to cleanliness, especially in the lobby restaurant . It wasn’t dirty, but it could definitely have been cleaner and better maintained.

Pros:

Отель відповідає заявленим параметрам, ціна якість, сніданок гарний. Персонал отелю доброзичливий. За моїм проханням дозволили залишитися на декілька часів з виселенням.

Cons:

Сподобалось все і сніданки, і отель в цілому, а особливо розташування на березі Егейського моря, безкоштовний пляж.

Nice location, hotel needs a lot of work
Pros:

Staff were lovely.

Cons:

Unfortunately too many things were wrong with the room.
And this place has no lift, only stair access to rooms- not good for elderly or post-surgery recovery

Location was perfect.
Pros:

The location of the hotel was very good.
Staff was polite and every helpful.

Cons:

There was no lift in the hotel .Our room was at 3rd floor so feeling difficulty to take luggage and come up and down .

An honest review here - choose the Akkan Hotel if you are planning to spend your days enjoying Bodrum rather than stayin
Pros:

The hotel's location offered a great view of Bodrum Castle from the balcony of the Executive Suite. Another great “bargain” is that all guests of the Akkan Hotel can use the private beach area of the Akkan Beach Hotel, located approximately 500 meters away, without additional charge.

Cons:

The overall state of the hotel is far from its glory days - the rooms alongside the common areas definitely could use some renovation.

A wonderful stay that felt warm, welcoming, and truly like home
Pros:

Akkan Hotel is an excellent place to stay. The team is very friendly, helpful, and always welcoming . The breakfast is tasty and feels homemade, especially the sweets. The location is perfect- close to everything - and the hotel gives a warm, home-like feeling.
A special thank you to Murat for his great support from the moment of arrival until the goodbye. My stay was truly enjoyable, and i will definitely come back. Highly recommended.

Avoid - Not hygienic very old place

Nothing - real hygien problems

Cons:

I do not recommend this hotel.

The room was in terrible condition. Water was coming up through cracks in the floor, there were clear signs of water damage and dampness, and the bathroom faucet was not working properly.

The worst part was the pest issue. We found a cockroach in the room, and there was brown cockroach gel placed all around the toilet, making it obvious that the hotel was already aware of the infestation.

When we requested a refund, no one contacted us directly. Instead, we were asked to continue the discussion on another platform, which I refused to do. A hotel should take responsibility for providing clean, safe, and properly maintained rooms.

This was one of the most disappointing hotel experiences I’ve had. Save your money and stay somewhere else.
