Pros:

ラグジュアリーな空間、おもてなしがとても良い。朝食の種類も豊富でおかず系も大変おいしかった！！テーブルセッティングが素敵でした。途中夕方出かけて帰ったら少し整えられてて、お菓子とメッセージがベットにありちょっとしたことだけどとても嬉しい気持ちになりました。

部屋の天井の壁紙が大部分剥がれててそのままだったので気になった。

Pros:

The breakfast was superb, and they had tons of options as well as would make a coffee to order. The staff were professional and well-attired. It was a beautiful hotel, a little bit off of the super busy paths which was nice. The staff were so kind and spoke good English, and it made our stay here fantastic!

Cons:

The room was a bit warm, but on par with a lot of European AC expectations.

Café da manhã excelente, com bastante variedades de cereais, frutas, pães, frios , etc.

Cons:

Acesso para quem não conhece. Na minha opinião como Veneza tem caminhos estreitos e várias pontes, o hotel no ato da reserva deveria orientar exatamente qual é a melhor maneira de se chegar pois tive dificuldades de acesso com as bagagens.

God frukost, mycket att välja på, t ex bra bröd och frukt. Kan också sitta ute och trevligt.

Cons:

Trots att jag bokade privat taxi till tågstationen innan enligt hotellets information, kom taxi 20 min för sent, personalen vid receptionen skyllde på varandra. Den Taxi som till sist kom körde inte mig till rätt ställe framför tågstationen, utan stannade innan och jag hade svårt att stiga av båten. Mycket dåligt.

Excellent stay. Perfect for a base for a short break and exceeded our expectations. Would recommend.

Pros:

Loved our balcony room. Very spacious and beautiful.

Cons:

Only had a tub with a handheld shower attachment. Nearly killed us getting in and out and water spray got away from us often.
