Pros:

The staff were efficient and very helpful especially Antonio at Reception who gave very clear directions.
The decor of the hotel is elegant and the location is good--a quiet area but within easy reach of many attractions.

1박 1100유로나 내고 묵기엔 많이 모자람. 직원들은 친절함

직원들은 전반적으로 친절하고 예의 바릅니다.

Cons:

9월 극 성수기라 스위트롬 1박에  1100유로 정도로 비쌌는데 그에 비하면 호텔 퀄리티는 1박 300~400유로 정도가 적정하다 생각함. 스텝들은 친절하나 일 처리가 어설프고 프로 답지 못한 상태를 여러번 소소하게 경험함. 조식은 베니스 치고는 괜찮음. 
커피머신은 네스프레소인데 캡슐은 네스프레소 캡슐이 아니라 싸구려에 브랜드도 없는 맛 없는 캡슐을 제공해 어이 없었음. 1박에 1100유로나 되는 거액을 받으면 이 정도는 상당히 문제가 있는 것임을 경영진들부터 좀 깨닫길. 물이나 수건은 늘 너무 부족하게 놓아서 더 달라고 요청해야 했음.

Abbiamo richiesto di stirare un abito ed il ragazzo alla reception è stato molto maleducato, vedendo due ragazze giovani ci ha anche trattato male. Alla fine non ci hanno stirato l’abito ma ci hanno dato un ferro da stiro e lo abbiamo dovuto stirare noi

Für uns hat es sehr gut gepasst und würden es auch weiterempfehlen.
Pros:

Das Zimmer, vor allem das gute Bett. Alle haben wir sehr gut geschlafen. Das Frühstück war hervorragend - nur der Dachterrassenbetrieb, da sind zu wenig Sitzplätze für ein Frühstück. Die Lage ist top - vor allem ist auch ein Supermarket direkt in der Nähe und gute Restaurants und Cafes. Rezeption ist top, sehr freundlich und bemüht, das alles funktioniert.

Cons:

Dachterrasse - könnte viel besser genützt werden - die Ausstattung ist da nicht optimal. Am Abend ist der Barcharakter nicht da, obwohl die Bar selbst mit dem Barkeeper perfekt ist.

Magnifique séjour dans un ancien palais vénitien

Situation dans Venise ,et possibilité d’y arriver en transfert privé par bateau
Endroit magnifique (ancien palais vénitien)

Cons:

Il manque juste un peu d’éclairage dans la salle de bain de notre chambre ou un miroir pour le maquillage
