Overall great stay. Close to everything
Pros:

Very close to luzern main station. Bus stop right in front of the hotel. Free luzern city bus pass for your stay

Cons:

No AC so gets hot in the summer. Only portable fans. No lift so have to carry suitcases on the stairs

Pros:

Close to the bus stop which is free with the included city travel card. Easy checkin and friendly staff, with clear after hours instructions.

Cons:

Room was very hot and on the corner of a busy road, with the windows closed had no road noise, but very loud if they were open. Couldn't cool the room down. Also no fridge.
