Lokalita je docela slušná, kousek od centra.

Cons:

Koupelny. Spali jsme tam třetí rok za sebou a koupelny jsou pokaždé v hrůzném stavu, ale s tím jsme se už tak nějak smířili.

Pros:

La ubicación es excelente, a sólo 1 minuto caminando de la estación de tren de Lecco. El personal es muy amable y la habitación es cómoda. El desayuno era muy bueno con varias opciones de pan, fruta, jamón y café para escoger.

Camera spaziosa. Gentilezza dello staff alla reception.

Di "moderno" c'è forse solo il nome. La struttura appare piuttosto datata, o meglio trascurata. La porta della camera, con serratura e chiave tradizionali, era sprovvista di chiavistello e non consentiva di dare un giro di chiave dall'interno della stanza. La ventola del bagno non funzionava e lo scarso getto d'acqua del bidet, indipendentemente dalla temperatura, ne impediva l'uso. La camera era sprovvista di abat-jour/lampade da comodino. Qualità della colazione: medio-bassa. Le spremute erogate dal distributore in sala erano, ad esempio, piuttosto discutibili. Difficile soprassedere a questa percezione di noncuranza, con una spesa di 160 euro per una notte in bassa stagione e in una posizione della città che sicuramente non rientra tra le migliori.

Book only if price is exceptional.
Pros:

Spacious room and free breakfast. Staff was helpful. Short walk between the train station, shopping, resturants and Lake Como.

Cons:

It was very close to the train station which becomes problematic for noise in the evening. There is always people loitering and being loud outside until 10PM. The beds were very hard and the rooms were in poor repair. All the bathroom fittings were loose or not properly plumbed. The bathroom was missing trim. There was an incline going into the bathroom that was very slippery and wet after a shower. The walls had lits of scuffs and plaster chips. Would not recommend unless you get an amazing deal and your plans align with the noise.
