excellent hotel by the convention center
Pros:

amazing room, comfortable, astounding views excellent breakfast

Cons:

Reception people were not very helpful. eg. booking a massage took 20 minutes in one case. i had to really insist to get a receipt for my stay (reception staff told me i would get it in booking.com, but the latter said the hotel would give me. another 20 minutes wasted.

Amazing days at Oakwood
Pros:

Oakwood premier experience has been amazing. Everyone in the hotel is very friendly, helpful and diligent. Specially Roy and Nora. Service is top! Food, gym is very good too. Any special request is taken with special care. I spent over a week and I’ll definitely be back. Highly recommended.

I reached a lot earlier before check in time and my son was very tired. YUNA was very helpful in assisting us with early check-in. Honestly she made such a great first impression for the hotel. The room size is big and super clean.

I had an excellent stay at Oakwood Premier Incheon. From the moment I arrived, the experience was professional, welcoming, and seamless.

I especially want to recognize Ella at the front desk. She was exceptionally professional, courteous, and genuinely committed to making the check-in process as smooth and efficient as possible. Her positive attitude, attention to detail, and willingness to go the extra mile made a great first impression and set the tone for a wonderful stay.

The property itself is clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, with an excellent location and great amenities. Combined with the outstanding service from staff like Ella, I would gladly stay here again and highly recommend Oakwood Premier Incheon to anyone visiting the area.

The hotel was wonderful for a family. We had the big family suite. The view was amazing and the food wonderful.

Cons:

Location not good for anything! It is 30 minutes to each airport and train station. A taxi to the War Memorial or stuff like that is 1:45
