Great customer care and helpful English speaking staff
Pros:

We stayed here and had a wonderful time. The staff here speak English very well and extremely helpful in booking taxis and food recommendations. I’d like to especially thank the front desk concierge “Win” for his excellent customer service and help!

Pros:

Really spacious room. We had originally booked a smaller room and were due to move to a larger room with a bigger bathroom the next day, but the receptionist kindly allowed us to check straight into the larger room right away. Great service and a very comfortable stay!

Great hotel for business or extended stays in Incheon
Pros:

The Oakwood is an amazing hotel. Rooms have kitchens and washer/dryer combos. Easy access to public transportation with plenty of restaurants and parks within walking distance.

The concierge, Win, is very helpful. He has a cheerful disposition and attentive to any needs of the guests.
