Напитки в баре не вкусные, совсем невкусные, и вино не очень
De locatie is goed, niet ver van de zee. Het eten is prima, uitgebreid assortiment. Drankjes zijn ook goed, zowel alcoholische als onalcoholische. Het personeel is vriendelijk en behulpzaam. De prijs-kwaliteitverhouding is uitstekend.
Wat beter kan, is de schoonmaak van de kamers en de hang op de tweede verdieping.
Были в отеле с 19 по 29 июня. Хочется отметить менеджера Ozkan. Встретил нас как родных. При дальнейшем обращении к Ozkan все вопросы решались быстро. Огромное ему спасибо! Отличная работа и коммуникация с гостями отеля.
Отдельное спасибо шефу ф повару ресторана. Вся еда вкусная, супы топ. Персонал в зале работал на отлично!
На баре в отеле есть выбор коктейлей, пиво вкусное, хорошие ребята на баре работают. Там работает девушка, очень приятная, всегда улыбалась.
Пляж. Море прекрасно! Бар отлично! Несколько раз не ходили на обед, потому что ели бургеры на пляже. Нам было вкусно.
Вай фай работал отлично!
Бассейн здесь классный!
В целом отель понравился, расположение отличное, до пляжа две минуты. Вокруг магазины, аптеки, кафе.
Отель рекомендую, вид с номера на горы стоил миллион!
The room I received was the one I had booked. It was clean and comfortable, although it showed some signs of age, especially the bathroom fixtures and plumbing.
The hotel staff were friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help.
The food was excellent. Every day there was a great variety of freshly grilled dishes, and the buffet offered a wide selection of food. I was especially impressed by how clean the restaurant was at all times. The restaurant staff provided outstanding service, and the grill chefs did a fantastic job every day.
The hotel has a great location and its own private beach with sun loungers and a beach bar, which made the stay even more enjoyable.
There was entertainment every day for both children and adults. Kids could enjoy the mini disco, while adults had different evening shows and activities. All entertainment ended by 11:00 PM, which allowed for a quiet night’s sleep.
There were also a few things that could definitely be improved.
The walkway leading down to the beach is quite dangerous. It is made of wood and covered with sand and small stones, and after people return from the beach it becomes extremely slippery. At around 7:00 AM, my wife slipped and fell there while carrying our baby. She injured both of her elbows and her leg.
We went back to the hotel hoping to get a basic first aid kit, but surprisingly there wasn’t one available. The young man at the reception told us that the manager would arrive in an hour and that there was no first aid kit. We cleaned the wounds ourselves as best we could. When I returned at around 8:00 AM, the manager still wasn’t there, and I was simply told to wait. After insisting that there had to be some basic medical supplies, the receptionist eventually found a few adhesive bandages, but nothing else.
In my opinion, this is a serious issue. Either the hotel does not have a proper first aid kit, or the staff are not sufficiently trained to handle such situations. Fortunately, our case was not an emergency, but in a more serious situation, the lack of basic first aid equipment could have had much more serious consequences.
The room was cleaned every day, but the quality of housekeeping could be much better. Dust and dirt were often left behind, and the mirrors and glass surfaces in both the bathroom and the room remained streaky throughout our stay, even when we left tips. I would rate the housekeeping 5 out of 10. It was consistent, but not thorough.
The Wi-Fi connection was unreliable. Also, if you book the hotel through Booking.com, Wi-Fi is included free of charge. However, guests who book through other channels may have to pay several dollars per day for internet access.
I was also disappointed with the towel replacement service.
Unfortunately, our stay at White Lilyum Hotel was a huge disappointment.
For an "all-inclusive" hotel, it's interesting to discover that Wi-Fi apparently isn't considered part of "all." Paying extra just to use the internet wasn't exactly the surprise we were hoping for.
The food was another letdown. There was very little variety, and after a couple of days it felt like we'd already seen the entire menu.
Customer service was where the hotel really stood out—and not in a good way. Most of the staff looked like smiling was an optional extra they hadn't paid for. They rarely appeared welcoming and often gave the impression that guests were inconveniencing them simply by asking a question.
One particularly unpleasant experience happened in the hotel shop. The staff member spoke to us in another language, and when my friend politely asked if he spoke Turkish, he replied, "Do you know how to say hello?" Professionalism clearly wasn't on special that day.
Even the simplest requests became unnecessary dramas. We asked for a spare room key, and it was treated like we were requesting ownership of the hotel. Apparently, management needed to be consulted first.
The room had its own quirks, too. Every time the balcony door was opened, the air conditioner switched itself off. I suppose the hotel is very committed to saving electricity—even if it means guests sweat instead.
We also asked whether smoking was allowed near the restaurant. Rather than receiving a simple "no," the staff member made a dismissive noise and walked away. It takes real talent to make answering a yes-or-no question feel like an inconvenience.
Overall, this hotel fell well below our expectations. Hospitality is supposed to make guests feel welcome, but that was missing from start to finish. We definitely won't be returning, and unfortunately, we can't recommend it to anyone looking for a genuinely relaxing holiday.

Personnel is exceptional! Location is great ( very close to the sea), food is very tasty and various. I liked the view from the pool. I enjoyed bar at the sea and lobby bar. Opposite the hotel there is travel agency where you can organise your entertainment. Market is near and there is a bus stop where you can get on TA08 bus to get to Kemer or Antalya. Also I liked billiard and sauna. Great place where I would like to return.
The room we have been given required a little repairment. Also, some evening entertainment programs, like Ms Elections, were too simple, not interesting, oriented for people with low IQ. It would be good to know the upcoming entertainment events at the sea. For events in the hotel there were announcements at reception. From such great place I expected a bit more. Still for me it was not important as I booked tours with travel agency. But it is only one minor minus I could notice.
Очень понравилась зона СПА, хорошая кухня, чистый ресторан, приветливый персонал.
Уборка в номере только по настоятельно требованию! Не достаточно полотенец, грязная сантехника.
Всё понравилось, и расположение, и удобства, и питание. Персонал, в основном, говорит по-русски, это тоже облегчало отдых в какой-то степени.
Был один минус — уборка номеров. Персонал, бывало, по непонятным причинам игнорировал номер с табличкой "Поубирать" или убирал не качественно.
