Would stay again!
Pros:

The room was comfortable, clean, and the shower was great. The food was delicious in the restaurant, as was breakfast.

Cons:

The beer I received had gone off but it was replaced for me so hardly a complaint really. Everything else was great.

Pros:

The staff were friendly.

Cons:

Mostly bad. They booked an airport transfer for us that never turned up. The rooms are old, no water pressure, shower needs fixing and has mould in it.
The on site restaurant service is terrible, we were the only people there and it took an hour to make our food. When it finally arrives, it’s bad but you are just relieved it finally came so eat it anyway. Especially for the price, the food and service were bad. The hotel is not near the town so if you don’t want to move it was the only option.
They charge 3% on card transactions even though nowhere else we went in Zimbabwe did this.
Do yourself a favour book somewhere else. Maybe this hotel was nice 40 years ago.

Pros:

Хороший отель. Организовывают трансфер из аэропорта. Помогут организовать экскурсии, вызвать такси. Охотно отвечают на сообщения, поэтому все заранее можно спланировать. Находится немного вдалеке от центра, поэтому до основных локаций нужно добираться на такси. Хороший завтрак. Можно по адекватной цене поужинать в ресторане отеля. Номера огромные, очень хорошо продуманы и колоритно оформлены.

High professional receptionists!!!! and very kind and helpful.
Pros:

The hotel is fantastic but all the ladies at the reception were amazingly helpful and kind to us. They solved all of our requests!!!!!! We would definitely be back there!
