深夜にチェックインできたのも助かりました。

エレベーターの匂いが少し気になりました。
男性用の中浴場の脱衣所の4番ロッカーですが、ダイヤルロックが壊れているので、修理ができるまでの間は「ダイヤルロック故障中」と張り紙をしておいていただけると助かります。
駐車場に「契約駐車場」というようなプレートがあり、「ここは停めてはいけないのかな」と思いました。停めてもよいなら「宿泊者用駐車場」などと書いていただけると嬉しいです。

Pros:

朝食のスタッフ対応が良かった。

Cons:

ホテル側では無いが団体の子供達遅い時間まで廊下に出て騒いだりドアの開け閉めがうるさくて眠れなかったのが残念です。

Pros:

朝食はおいしかった。

Cons:

忘れ物をしたので、チェックアウトした翌日朝一にスタッフに問い合わせたら、忘れ物はないと回答された。
納得がいかなかったので、もし見つかったら連絡くださいと言ったがその後連絡なし。
その日の夕方に再度連絡したら別のスタッフが対応。忘れ物はありますと回答があり、着払いで送ってもらった。
最初に対応したスタッフについて対応が不十分だと考える。

インターからのアクセスも良くスタッフの丁寧な応対も気持ちの良いものでした部屋も清潔感があり、過ごしやすかったです。
