A few days in St.Moritz
Pros:

This is a splendid property, where the service was great, the location spectacular, the food excellent. Every member of the staff was extremely nice. Wonderful breakfast, and fantastic spa. Access to the Corviglia mountain side was very convenient with the chair lift walking distance from the hotel (lift and public transportation passes were included in the price of the room)

Pros:

La stanza e la vista dalla finestra . Il servizio al piano impeccabile , nella hall grande professionalità e vera accoglienza di LUCA GIUSEPPE E MATTIA insostituibili. Un plauso particolare a Lara alla reception.

Cons:

La piscina esterna si affaccia sul campo da tennis dove fanno lezione, non è affatto piacevole . Il Concierge resta sempre poco valido, ci è stata consigliata una guida pessima e restano molto poco affabili. Dare più spazi fruibili dai cani.

I have stayed in many of the best hotels in Europe this hotel is top of the list
Pros:

Breakfast was excellent , sat outdoors in the sunshine with staff hovering to our every need. All aspects of the breakfast was faultless except the water could have been hotter with my tea

An amazing gem in the Swiss Alps
Pros:

Suvretta House is a phenomenal hotel / resort with true 5 star amenities and service that makes you feel that you're staying at a home away from home. Excellent for families and kids - many activities with complimentary access for hotel guests and a stunningly beautiful location. Staff and management were kind, helpful, and unbelievably friendly. Rooms are lovely and the grounds, spa, and courts etc were excellent. Could not have been more pleased with my stay.

Beautiful hotel and splendid facilities
Pros:

The hotel itself is gorgeous. The in house facilities are exceptional, including spa & ski services . The stylist and masseuse were outstanding! The breakfast spread was very nice too. The view from our rooms was gorgeous.

Cons:

The staff could have been more attentive and motivated. The whole check-in procedure was underwhelming. The receptionist at the front desk looked a bit lost. The concierge was not helpful at all and looked almost annoyed. The staff at the lobby restaurant and breakfast area was not well trained. We were served pork on two separate occasions even though we very clearly stated, multiples times on both occasions, that we cannot eat pork.

Pros:

Spacious, beautiful, clean, high quality staff, and probably the nicest spa I have ever seen The attention to detail is exquisite and you are greeted and warmly welcomed by top management. The pride is evident.

Ski in ski out! I would definitely recommend and go back to Survetta House
